One of the nicest motor coach resorts we have ever stayed in! The sites are all spacious and very well kept. All of the owners are friendly and accommodating and will strike up a conversation with you to make you feel welcome. The marina and beach area are super quaint and perfect for quiet times and boat watching. The resort is smaller with only about 70(?) spots, but the beautiful landscapes and gorgeous trees make you feel like you are in your own private world. Resort has security gates for safety which is a plus.

The first time my husband and I visited this resort we fell in love. The staff were very helpful getting us situated in our spot and made sure we had everything we needed. Everyone is very friendly. We were never made to feel unwanted or out of place. The beach is great, the pool and hot tub are awesome. They have boat slips you can rent, laundry,workout room and the grounds are beautiful. We have dogs and they were aloud on the beach without a leash. They have places with bags for you to clean up after your pet. Which is great. They offer so much more... We will continue to come here and have even talked about buying a piece of this beautiful place. AWESOME JOB RESORT HOST !!!

I fell in love with the place the first time we visited. From the beautifully maintained grounds and facilities to the private beach, it's everything I look for in a motorcoach resort. Despite the upscale amenities, the people are down to earth and as friendly as can be.

This place is awesome!!!! We are planning on going back to soon. We stayed there for several weeks and enjoyed every moment, even after the covid hit we were able to enjoy a little longer because of how it is set up. The property is very well cared for and stays so clean. Plus the staff, other guest, and owners were so thoughtful and kind. We were all truly sad the day we pulled out to head home.

Absolutely amazing!! We have been traveling full time over the past year and have never found a class a motor coach resort that has had everything we love all in one place. Cindy Cook the property’s manager was so great in helping us secure a great lot to rent for our stay. We are definitely considering a purchase at this resort to spend the winter months in. LOVE this place, and was sorry to leave..we have treally been spoiled. Thanks again.

Very nice resort with beautiful private beach and marina. The owners are all friendly and ask if you have everything you need and if everyone is treating you well but they generally don’t have any interest in socializing outside of themselves which is too bad.

The WiFi is pretty good for an RV park though slows down in evening. Good Verizon 4G service.

Very pet friendly with many poo stations and dogs are allowed to swim at the beach (on leash).

The park is empty in late February and picks up substantially in March. There is some road noise if you have a site near the entrance, otherwise the park is very quiet.

Very easy to maneuver with 45’ Prevost and tow car. Large level paved sites.

Lovely clubhouse with patio furniture (renters aren’t allowed inside), beautiful pool (unheated) and hot tub. Reasonable laundry facilities and a tiny and musty smelling fitness room. (If you need more the city recreation center is just 2 miles down the road and offers day passes for $5.)

The most beautiful RV Resort you will ever see. You will not be disappointed in your stay here. The landscaping is immaculate, plus you will not find a more helpful staff and friendly owners group. The views of St. John's Bayou from this resort are first rate. Your first trip here will definitely not be your last.

Absolutely beautiful! Meticulous landscaping and upkeep. Everyone very friendly. Great beach,pool and outdoor amenities. Weather was perfect. Enjoyed relaxing in gulf breezes under the patio. Didnt want to come home!

We are here for 6 weeks. One if the nicest motorcoach resorts we have stayed at. Right on water. Nice people. Great restaurants all around you. Blue Angels practice nearby from March on. Really nice fishing pier just down the road.

We stayed in#79. It was beautiful. Waterfront with private beach that our unleashed dog loved! The management tended to our every need. Neighbors were nice. This is a 10 and We will be back.,

Very nice and upscale place to stay. Very clean and friendly, we called after our rental car broke down late after hours in town and the owner answered the phone and even came and to our rescue and picked us up on her own time. She went above and beyond to accommodate us! Can’t speak enough how great they treated us. Highly recommend staying here! A+

Heritage is absolutely spectacular. I've not ever found a resort like this with a marina on the water. Even if you don't have a boat, the private beach is awesome. There is so much to do in the area and the views are amazing.

Very clean and nice. RV lots are kinda close to each other but no issues. Beach/pool/ bath houses were very clean and nice. We'll go back

Our folks have a place here & we love visiting. The grounds are beautiful and the little coach houses are so cute. The people are nice and it's convenient to get to just about anything in Gulf Shores.

Luxurious. Beautiful beach.
Private. Awesome pool.
Quiet peaceful. Short drive to restaurants.
Will be back one day.
