Visiting family in Lillian. The food was delicious. The seating is family style (shared tables) which makes it nice to meet new people.
Buffet style. It’s an eat and go establishment so no dilly dallying. Yes you have time to eat at your own pace. Wait staff is polite and busy.
Recommend getting there early or you will be waiting. I would recommend it to anyone.
$12-15. Drinks included.

Welcome to rural Southern hospitality at it's best. Great food, great service, and a uniquely down-home atmosphere. Beverages and dessert included in the price.

On the way out, the staff even promised to keep us in their prayers.

On the outside wall there's a beautiful painting by a local artist. Not only was the mural signed but the local artist phone number appears for those who wish to contact her.

It's a good idea to bring cash. Like so many small businesses in this part of Alabama, their credit card processor extracts a nasty surcharge from the cafe's customer.

Great buffet! Very casual, down home atmosphere with delicious southern cuisine. Fried chicken was amazing!! They have very limited hours, lunch only, so do not procrastinate!

Loved the food and the selection at a great price. Their sweet iced tea was great! Waitresses was very nice and fast even though they was packed. Will definitely be back!

Had to stop, loved the name, it is a famous locals eatery,waiting line for a table. Large buffet changes every day. Friday is Catfish and Fried Chicken both delicious and all the fixings only other thing was a large burger whopper to large to finish. A Diamond in the Rough

Nice, clean buffet that includes a salad bar, hot bar & cake with soft-serve ice cream for dessert. If you like southern country cookin' this is the place...biscuits, cornbread, fried chicken, pork chops, veggies...$14/includes your drink.

You cannot beat the ambience of this place located in Elberta! I mean, it’s the Roadkill Cafe, what more can i say?! The lunch buffet was home cooking for all.

I was passing by this place for work meeting in Florida absolutely good best fried chicken in I ever had the brownie was amazing 5 out of 5 stars from me I definitely want to come back from California just to eat here again

Come eat here if you enjoy affordable, delicious home-cooked food, all you can eat, in a comfortable place thar feels like you're at your family's house. Staff is super friendly and goes out of your way to make sure you have what you need. We ate here twice, and both times it was delicious. Even our kids loved it, and they are picky eaters. Buffet came with a drink, salad bar, and dessert. Plus we bought some fun t-shirts for the restaurant.

I eat at the Roadkill frequently. The food is always good. It’s a nice little all you care to eat buffet. The fries chicken and fried catfish are some of the best. The veggies are good and well seasoned. My favorite part is the soft serve ice cream.

Great food!! And amazing staff!!! The biscuits and fried chicken were the best!! My dad loved the mashed potatoes and gravy!! Driving thrue Alabama seen the little place an thought the name was cute come to find out it was a buffet!! It was the best buffet. All the food was fresh and delicious!!

Fried chicken was delicious. As was the made from scratch cake. Fresh salad bar was great, too. Buffet style with beverage included. Catchy name! Only downside was the dirty chairs.
