RAC Health & Fitness

The RAC is great! Members have 24/7 access. They have many options for cardio, weight training and plenty of heavy weights for powerlifting. The cost is very affordable. One of my favorite things about the RAC is thy I feel like everyone there is there to accomplish their own individual goals. Meaning, there are members from every level of fitness. If you’re a seasoned weightlifter or just beginning, I feel that this is a place you could do either journey comfortably.

I’ve been a member @ 2 other gyms in the area.. The RAC has the best equipment, the best prices & the best staff/customers.

Physical therapy is very helpful. The staff does a great job. Very good teamwork here.

Amazing fitness center and absolutely some of the best coaches/ employees around.
When you are there you don’t feel out of place, but rather you are welcomed and made apart of the fitness community here. They have made a very positive and welcoming community here helping those in each of their own personal fitness journeys.
They are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient and overall great individuals. It’s very affordable and great equipment. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a gym.

Great gym, great atmosphere and clean. Recently moved to the area and was looking for a gym with my wife. We are so impressed with this facility. The owner’s are awesome and easy to talk to. We are so happy to be able to find this so close to our house.

Recently moved to the area and found the perfect gym. Everyone from the staff to people are very friendly and respectful. The gym provides options for a variety of fitness/ workout needs from free weights, cardio, machines, training, etc. Robbie and his wife are very friendly… definitely check The RAC out!!

Start off by saying my family has had a membership with the RAC for a few years now and it is an amazing gym, very clean, great atmosphere and people with great attitudes, i will continue my journey at this gym!

I love how friendly the staff is and the equipment if you want a gym to belong to that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg this the one, and they are-open 24/7. No excuses people We all can find 4,8, or 12 hrs a week out of 168 during the week to work with.

Great gym and equipment if your looking to get a good lift and pump and a friendly environment 100% come to the rac.

Absolutely love this gym! 24/7 and tanning included. The manager Robbie is very nice and goes out of his way to be helpful. I've never felt more comfortable in any gym before I joined The RAC.

Can’t beat the price either!

I’ve been a member for about three years. RAC is my idea of the perfect gym! Plenty of barbells, plates, dumbells, cables and cardio equipment. The Scrapyard outside is great for fresh air workouts. The best features, however are the people - Nehal and Robbie pay attention to all the details, make sure it stays clean, comfortable and organized and that members have what they need for THEIR workout. They have built a community atmosphere that is unique, authentic and awesome! So many great people workout there. Everybody “plays well together!” I love it!!

The Rac is wonderful. Always clean and the personal are very knowledgeable and friendly. Have taken physical therapy other facilities but in the future will always go there. Gym wise equipment is in very good condition. Therapy wise such knowlegable therapists . Their goal is to help you get better with as little pain possible. Great job

The RAC has everything you need for a good cardio workout and strength training. It’s clean, never smells like a gym and is well layed out. The manager is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend to anyone. Best anyother gym around here by far.

Best gym I’ve been to by far. You get far more than you pay for it’s extremely affordable and has great equipment and they are always adding more equipment. I’ve been going for years and they always improve somehow every year.

Some of the absolute nicest people you will ever meet. No gimmicks, no hidden fees, etc. a great place to work out, owned by people with some real knowledge! I highly recommend. I hate we moved too far to commute to lift here!

The RAC is amazing! They have something for everyone. Robbie is an amazing guy and is very helpful. So glad I decided to give this place a try!!!!

Great gym environment with plenty of machines/benches/treadmills. Always running into someone new who can teach me something.
