I love the staff at this store. They acknowledge your presence when you walk through the door and politely finish helping previous customers before addressing me. They ask great questions that help them guide me to a proper product for my needs.

Bought a Trek domane back in Aug, every time I go into the trek store they are very welcoming and very knowledgeable .They go out of there way to take care of my cycling needs. I got a bike fit most recently, Nate did a AWESOME job. And what a big difference it made in the way I felt on my bike. I’ve dealt with Nate on previous visits and every time he does a wonderful job. I would give this store 6 stars if it was an option.it is by far the best bike store in the Quad Cities. Thank you Trek

If you are looking for the BEST service and products in the area I would highly recommend !! They go above and beyond. Even if you don't have a Trek they can help ! I love my Specialized bike but was disappointed with the local shop I bought it from and lack of customer satisfaction. After being sold incompatible systems for the bike I purchased with no resolve I was at a loss. Then a good friend of mine told me about this place. I was pleasantly surprised to find the perfect system for my bike !! They even took the time to install and make sure it worked before selling it to me. I also found other items for my bike that I love !! Top notch !!

Chris was my sales person and he took a great amount of care and patience to help me pick out the best bicycle for me. I came in with a price point in mind and because Chris was able to explain all of the features of the bicycle and he patiently allowed me to test out a few of them, I ended up spending almost double and felt like it was worth every penny. I found them very easy to work with and interested in making sure I was happy with my bike. As such I went home with a brand new FX3 model and would certainly consider buying a bike from them again. Also it seems they recently have become an official Trek store.

Mike did a great job explaining the differences between the two models I was looking at and why he would recommend one over the other for the style of riding for which I was going to use it.

Staff was great. All of them feel enthusiastic when answering questions and talking with me, which I understand can be hard to keep up in a retail position sometimes. So I appreciate that! Love the bike I purchased and I would go back again.

For all my biking needs, I go to the Trek store in Davenport. The customer service is outstanding! They are knowledgeable about the products they sell, which helps me make informed decisions. Their bike mechanics are highly skilled. Also, they are very courteous and pleasant to work with.

All the reviews tell me that this is the best bike shop in Davenport. I was in need of some padded men's bike shorts so stopped in to pick up a pair. I did stop in on a Sunday at 1 so the place was crazy busy.

They offer the highest quality products from bikes to gear to clothing to nutrition. Staff was spread extremely thin but was still able to point me in the direction of men's bike shorts that I was looking for.

Overall I had a good experience and I'm not judging it on how busy they were. If anything how busy they are is a sign of how well-known they are within the community. I will stop it again and overall had a great experience. 👍

The service here is always great. I intended to drop my bike off for a tire replacement and come back on the weekend to pick it up. They instead surprised me by doing it while I waited without asking. Thanks again for the excellent service!

Walter and the entire staff were incredibly helpful in finding what I needed to repair my quick release skewer and brake pads! I was joining my wife to ride the last leg of RAGBRAI, and the staff at Trek Davenport provided awesome support!

I like the personal quality of the service at the Trek Store Davenport. The new management has carried on the tradition there. I just bought an excellent new Trek bike there and was able to trade two older ones to cut the price in half. This is a great new service!

I simply can’t say enough good things about the Davenport, IA store. My first visit was to inquire about ordering an Emonda SL 5, but by chance there was a gorgeous SL 6 Etap in my size and in stock. I had a really good conversation with the manager, Darrin, and it soon became clear to both of us that the SL 6 belonged with me. I never once felt pressured to make that decision, but I am so glad I did. I didn’t make the purchase that day, but called the store a couple days later to make sure it wasn’t sold. An employee who hadn’t been there the previous visit answered the phone and within a few seconds knew who I was and what bike I wanted because he’d been filled in by the manager of my interest in the Emonda SL 6. I was very impressed by this and had a great chat with Louis. I went into the store to make the purchase and schedule a bike fit. Once again it was a great experience and I was made to feel like a friend and not simply a customer. My bike fit was done by Mike, and wow did I learn a lot! It was another awesome experience with this store and its employees. I’m already planning on taking the bike back in the spring to ready it for road riding after a long Midwest winter on the trainer. Trek, you have an outstanding store in Davenport and every person who works there is professional, friendly, engaging, and it’s obvious they love the company. You have a customer for life with that crew. See you on the road!!

Everyone was super helpful during the entire process! We came in right before the store was closing and didn't feel rushed at all.. Even though the store was closed, they still installed on my new pieces on my bike! I love my new Trek! Thank you for helping me find the right bike for me Isaac!

The trek store helped me find the road bike I have been searching for at a very reasonable price! The team attached my water bottle holder and seat bag to remove the hassle from me. The whole team was extremely helpful and performed a final check to be sure the bike would ride smoothly. My first ride on the bike was great and I’m looking for many more in the future!
