Purchased a new kitchen table. Tom assisted me with the transaction. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and demonstrated great customer service. Will definitely purchase furniture from this store again.

Value City always has exactly what we're looking for and sometimes what we didn't know we needed. We bought a wonderful sectional that offers storage and comfort. Very pleased! The sales associate was helpful, the couch we ordered took 2 months to arrive but he gave us thr info we needed to feel comfortable making the purchase any way. The delivery team was professional & fast! We got a call 30mins prior to their arrival. They took all the trash with them and helped make sure the couch was in the perfect spot. We will continue to shop at Value City.

We had an AMAZING experience at VCF in Fairview! We described what we were looking for to Phillip and he took us to the pieces that would work! Found exactly what we needed and got a great price!!! We then worked with Jess for pick up and payment and appreciated her assistance. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes and are so happy with our piece! Highly recommend!

Had a awesome experience with Jess. She was super awesome. I literally was about to leave without making a purchase. The salesmen gave me completely wrong information on the fiance approval and the interest was super high. She gave me a much better option for no interest. I'm very happy with my overall experience She literally saved the day !!!!!

Great service from buying it in the store to getting it delivered. When we purchased, we knew we had to wait a month due to the wedge being out of stock. However, we’ve been well compensated in service.

I want to give a huge shout out to Jess, the Office Lead at the Fairview Heights, IL location. We have had to reselect a sofa due to a manufacturer defect. I have received conflicting information from 2 other representatives until Jess stepped in. She is honest and professional which goes a long way with us. It is easy to see that she cares about her job and makes sure the customer feels confident in their service. I would have asked for a refund by now and been done with Value City had it not been for her. I am most confident that she will make sure our purchase becomes complete with a happy ending and a repeat customer when it is time for an additional purchase.
