Thanks to the fantastic team at Virden Auto Zone, I didn’t have to pay $200 for a new battery. I stopped in to get my alternator and battery checked because my car was having some trouble. They found I had a loose cable, tightened up for me, and the car passed the test with flying colors. A+ customer service above and beyond! Thank you.

I went into the AutoZone in Virden and I had no idea what I was looking at or for. The staff was very accommodating very kind very patient and they help me get what I needed to get. I purchased a battery for my GMC Sierra HD truck this morning. Tara and Kirk were a pleasure to work with. They are knowledgeable and friendly. I went in on a Sunday morning and was told I needed a new battery. It was replaced within a half hour and I was treated great through the whole process. The man explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. It was the type of service you hope to get and rarely do. I believe the guys name may have been David. Kudos to a great job.
