Had a great buying experience here. Drove about 6 hours round trip but their price was beyond fair for the vehicle I got. Overall the buying process was painless besides writing the check. Truck was ready as promised which made the time at the dealership very minimal. Would easily go back there to buy another vehicle from them. Highly recommended for fair pricing and great service.

Dan my service writer made the whole process seamless. He explained everything that would be done on my vehicle and kept me informed while I was waiting. This is not the first time I had service on my vehicle and Dan gave me the same thorough explanations then. Everything was completed as promised in a very timely fashion.

Brandon in service provided excellent experience when my battery died in a nearby parking lot. He contacted a tow service for me and had my car into the shop within 10 minutes. His efforts made a stressful situation very manageable. His attention to my situation was certainly gone the extra mile.

First, I cant say enough kind words about my sales person Tobin. He is one of the most pleasant sales person I have ever had to deal with. I always felt he was looking out for me. We discussed what my needs were in picking out the right truck for me to meet my needs. I would buy another vehicle from him and the Dealership. Very courteous and professional staff at Friendly and appreciated Mason and Shaun with there expertise and professionalism.

Joey was great he was very helpful and nice. He's still available for any questions i may have anytime i have them. He was great in helping me set up my phone in my car. He also gave me a good run through of all buttons and what they did and how to use them. I had a Great experience.

It really isn't fair to talk about our experience. Friendly Chevrolet was amazing with an oil change and car wash, We were there for the Tire/Wheel warranty . The guy never showed for any appointments that day and we drive 47 miles one way. I love my car and will be back to dealership always but not sure would buy warranty again with this company. I still don't have fixed and disappointing but the people there were so sorry.

Everything from the beginning search to the end when we signed the papers was nothing short of excellent! Billy met us on Tuesday June 13th to test drive a Chevy Traverse High Country. We went over numbers and could not come to terms with the trade and the payment we wanted. The next day Andrew and I spoke on the phone about different options that we may want to pursue. One of them being the option to build a vehicle with a different trim package yet put in the options we wanted. So I called Billy on Friday morning and discussed with him the build option. He explained the process and also said the builds were 3-6 months out. So I discussed with my wife what we wanted to do. Later on Friday, Billy called me back and said the transport was just there and had delivered a Traverse RS with the options we were looking for. So we scheduled an appointment with him on Saturday 6/17 to take a look at it. She loved everything about it. So that afternoon we signed the papers to purchase it. Billy made arrangements to have the paint and leather protector applied on Monday and we picked it Monday evening. Billy, Mark, Andrew and Sean to whom we spoke with at the dealership was never pushy to put us in something we did not want to purchase. I’ve owned a few cars in my life and this by far is the best car purchase experience I have ever had. My business will always be done with your dealership in the future!

I Brought this car brand new 2023 Malibu I Love my car It ride nice I can listen to music I got road map to let me where to go I can unknock door with my remote device start my car it amazing car and it looks good and I can adjust my seating the car.

Great experience with the service department. Pricing for oil change and tire rotation is in line with the quick lube places so you might as well use the dealership.

Dropped my truck off with water pump issue without an appointment. Dealership said it might be a week before they could get to it. Truck was inspected and ready to go the next day. Great service!
