Adam at the Mobility Works in Villa Park is AMAZING. My mom needed a wheelchair van for my dad that fit their limited budget. Adam was the only person we encountered in our long search that listened to our needs and actually cared about finding something for them. We traveled to Chicago to assist an ambulatory relative with several business errands that absolutely had to be attended to. We rented a van from their Niles Illinois facility. The van was a new Toyota Sienna Braunability. It was a live saver. Loading and unloading of a wheelchair via the side ramp was EASY! The doors & ramp were push button automatic as well as the side doors. The van even lowered itself to make things that much easier. The reservation was easily made and upon pick-up & drop off the Niles staff was incredibly polite and saw to our needs. MobilityWorks price was extremely reasonable. We can not say enough good things about our experience. We will use them again if needed. Thank you MobilityWorks!

I have been getting my Mobility van serviced at this location more than two decades. The service & sales departments is very knowledgeable of needs for your vehicle. If you have a problem or looking for maintenance this is the facility I would highly recommend to you.

This place was absolutely amazing to us!! Niles il.
Sean the Mgr. Went above and beyond, helping us obtain the perfect vehicle and even gave us what we wanted on our trade-in!!! Jeff our salesman also went above and beyond keeping in touch and driving to our home so my husband could drive his wheelchair right in the van to assure us there were no issues with how his wheel chair would fit! They took away many worries and even let us sign documents at home and exchange trade-in all in one shot!
I highly recommend Mobilityworks for your special needs vehicles for your loved ones!
It is worth it to be safe and go to people who specialize in these types of vehicles.
We are over the moon with our choice and really enjoy the new van for so many reasons other than its ability to help my husband get around smoothly and safely-

The customer service provided by Connie Crayton was above measure. The problem was diagnosed immediately, corrected in the time frame that was promised, and promptly returned. If/ when I have issues with my mobility van there is no better place that I have received efficient service than at Mobility works Villa Park with Connie and her mechanics.

My mother recently visited MobilityWorks in Merrillville IN and had a wonderful customer service experience with Jennifer and the rest of staff. Our rampvan was having problems ... They diagnosed the problem and fixed it in less than 15 minutes. Will definitely be doing business again !!!

I went to mobility works to look for a mobility lift chair for my godmother who lives out of state. Steve Sturt was the mobility salesman who assisted me...he showed me a demo model and was able to coordinate shipping, face timed my godmother to provide her with information and customize the chair for her.
