Marino's Pizzeria & Cafe

One of my favorite places to get Italian food! I’ve had a handful of items off the menu; from their pasta to their pizzas to all of their apps, everything is fresh and delicious. My favorite is the Antonio pasta without sausage. I add in jalapeños and the pan-sliced veggie pizza. The last time I went, we also ordered some desserts, and the seasonal turtle cheesecake was delicious. The staff is fantastic. They constantly check up on you, and the place is friendly. They have a big room if you have a large party, and I recommend this place. I’ll be back to try more!!

I recently enjoyed two slices of pizza at Marino Pizzeria, one pepperoni and one sausage. Each slice was generously sized and cooked flawlessly. The crust was crispy and thick, packed with flavor, yet not overly heavy. I was impressed by how the slices weren’t excessively greasy. The pepperoni slice struck a perfect balance of flavor without being too spicy, and the sausage slice showcased a delightful authenticity. Both were complemented wonderfully by the rich and authentic tomato sauce. Highly recommend for a satisfying pizza experience!

Everything is great, but a pizza slice under $5 (cash) is fantastic. Margherita is delish. This is “one” slice, I cut it in half!

I found myself stuck in Chicago in March 2023. (It was the first tornado of that year) I was sad and lonely I needed pizza. I walk into this glorious restaurant and I am greeted by the owner. I ordered my pizza and I now make it a required stop every time I am in Chicago.

It is the best Italian food in that state. My favorite dinner is the garlic bread meatball sandwich and a small bottle of wine. I now go to Chicago (near o’hare) once per month and I stop at Marinos and Garrett’s (popcorn) if you don’t like this food there is something wrong with you.

I ended up taking my wife and daughter there when I had a long weekend and they agreed with me. It is the best and you need to stop there.

The place has an impressive appearance when you walk in. Very clean and well put together. Samples of all the hot food, and their different salads are made fresh daily and put in the display case up front. The food is great, a combination of salads, fried appetizers, and traditional Italian cuisines, and a decanter of olive oil at every table.
I believe they had a full bar as well. It seems to be a hybrid establishment, meaning it's fast and cheap enough to go on a lunch break, and nice enough to sit down for a casual first date.

Been coming here for almost a decade. Food and service have always been excellent.

My go to is Italian beef but sometimes I like the pasta. literally, everything on the menu is fantastic.

The place can get crowded during lunch as it caters to a lot of the local businesses.

Do urself a favor and sprinkle parmesan over olive oil on a plate.... Dip ur bread in it. Omg...

The staff is incredibly friendly, the food is delicious, and the portions are huge!! We get margarita pizza by the slice, and each one is bigger than my head. The tiramisu is delicious. Cannot recommend this place enough!!!

The food is amazing!!! Best Spagetti Carbonara I ever tried in my life!!!! I passed by Marino's hundred times and never thought that it will be that exceptional! If you like real italian food you should definitely try it! My hubby ordered a pizza and didn't pay attention to the size - he just took 16 inch, we didn't expect it that big and tasty! Great place - definitely recommend!

DELICIOUS FOOD!
Owners are very nice, made me a couple of fantastic foccaia sandwiches, one was vegetarian no meat or cheese for my gf and I had a turkey and Swiss, they were awesome! Had a Delicious COLD Peroni on tap while I waited. Will definitely be back again!

Well this place was a great find ! Food was excellent. This focaccia sandwich was to die for. I unknowingly ordered the full size not realizing how big it was. It would easily feed 4 people !

Would love to come back again next time we are in this area.

Wonderful Experience! The best Original Italian Food I have Ever Had. If you are in the Area You Must go there to Eat.

This year I had Marino's cater our Easter dinner. The food was delicious. I'll have Marino's cater more holiday gatherings. The quality and convenience was great.

Marino restaurant is a long-standing favorite in the Wood Dale community, known for its consistent quality and cozy, family-owned atmosphere serving delightful Italian dishes.

Ordered online for pick-up at Wood Dale restaurant. Enjoyed the delicious Mela salad (lettuce, apple slices, cranberries, and walnuts plus Bleu cheese/balsamic vinaigrette dressing). Also ate the traditional and delicious spaghetti with meatballs in marinara sauce. Great quality at a good price!

Every time I come here I always have a great experience. The food is always tasty, the portions are great for the price, and the staff is always very friendly and welcoming.

I really liked this restaurant the food was very good. I got the spaghetti and meatballs. My friend got got the eggplant parmesan sandwich. She said she always gets that and its very good also.

We ordered dinner from here. I ordered the chopped salad and it did not disappoint but their house made balsamic vinaigrette is *chefs kiss*. It’s so incredibly delish that I would order any salad just to get that vinaigrette! 10/10 recommend!
