Went to get some balloons for my girlfriend brothers memorial this weekend. The store clerk was very helpful in showing me the different type of balloons and their sizes and packaging. She helped me put together the setup I wanted and gave me a discount because I bought more balloons than what came in the package.

Jevel was very helpful as soon as i walk through the door she got right to it. I was in a rush she came right to my rescue i need 30 balloons then Zymisha came to see if she needed more help then this other young lady Tiffany came and help Jevel as well . Love the team work . Keep up the good work . They all get a 5 star from me. Thank you

Went in the store this morning to get balloons, usually it's a busy wait for them but the girls and the guy manager helped me pick out the balloons and there was virtually no wait at all, everyone seemed to love their job, not like when I was here a year ago, definitely headed in the right direction.

I have a great time at the Party! The team is helpful and always happy to assist! The manager took care of me when my discount coupon online wasn’t working in store.

These guys go above and beyond to help their customers. I reached little late after they’ve closed their register. There were 2 people and they really helped me out. I really really appreciate it. 🙏🏻

I was in here looking for Mickey Mouse wrapping paper. Hey did not carry it, but i found a few more Mickey Mouse treasures for my great nephews 1st birthday party and a few things for Father's day. I will definitely return.

Ian & Matthew are the absolute BEST! They saved my babies prom! Customer service does not exist like this anymore! I didn’t feel like I was a burden to them and they were happy to help!

I came in right before closing time. I needed a few balloons due to my 4 year old niece passing away for a balloon release. And Mathew went over and beyond for me and I am so greatful. These past few days have been very tough for me but it’s gestures like this can really keep a person going! so thank you so much Mathew AND Tarianna ! While I waited for Mathew to finish my balloons she was so nice to just sit and hold a conversation with me. We need more people like this💝💝❤❤💞💞

I just wanted to take a second to recognize your team members and manager who helped me with my purchase last night. Especially Faith (i believe her name was). She went absolutely above and beyond for me when i called the store trying to get some last minute Sweet 16 gifts.
As a Hospitality Manager, I can really appreciate great customer service and team members like Faith. They are sometimes far and few between! You are lucky to have her on your team! Likewise the manager was extremely friendly as was the cashier who checked me out, despite me showing up 15 minutes before close. (Sorry :)) Keep up the good work Party City. You are definitely hiring the right people.

I've shopped this store a year ago and the shelves were full. This time we'll the shelves were nothing like last year, but the back of the store there were boxes everywhere and you couldn't get to the back wall to get anything you wanted hanging there. No employee around to help.... no employee putting things on shelves......

I ordered some items during the COVID-19 quarantine but my sons birthday wasn’t going to be until June 7th. I wanted to make sure I had all of the items I needed ahead of time just in case they happened to run out. I placed an online order for pick up. After I placed my order I received a phone call from the store verifying that I did not want helium in my balloons at that time. The associate who I believe her name is Melanie, was very kind and I appreciated that phone call from her for verification. When I was ready for my curbside pick up, it went so smoothly and quickly. I was very impressed! When the time came for me to go into the store to get the helium in the balloons that I had purchased there a couple of months prior, it was a very easy process and I dealt with Melanie again. She provided such great customer service! I have always had good experiences at the store but these last two times, I have had exceptional customer service!

Huge selection and helpful friendly staff. We've never gone there and not found what we were looking for.

Even on the day before Halloween the store was packed with people but the the shelves were NOT picked clean!

On really busy days we've seen long lines but the store staff handles it like pros. In a line that I've seen it take almost an hour to get through at other stores we were up front checking out in less than 10 minutes.

I am so appreciative of this store’s customer service! We did a curbside pickup for a Mickey Mouse bouquet of balloons for my special needs son’s 3rd birthday. The big mickey balloon deflated in a few hours. We did not have time to run down on his birthday for a replacement because we live 40mins away and we were crazy busy. To make things right the manager drove the 40mins to deliver a replacement bouquet not just a replacement balloon. You made our sons birthday! He is obsessed with Mickey or Mik Mik as he calls him. Thank you for doing so much to make it right!

Party City is Party City. Lol. Their customer service was pretty good. I didn't have a person greet me, but they will help you and guide you to were you need to be. Checkout time seems to be timely fashion. I wasn't in line no more than 8 minutes. And the line was very long for a Part city crowd. But the day was Halloween and I didn't expect it to busy in the morning and noon. But it was Halloween and everything must go. But I enjoy my shopping.

Well stocked and had everything we needed to decorate for a five year olds birthday party. The staff was helpful and checkout was easy. Will visit again.
