Starbucks

I love this Starbucks! I go very often during the week and they know my name by now :) I have never had any issues with wait time or quality of service. The staff are all very kind!

This place is great. Always super friendly. Yesterday they went above and beyond. My car crapped out before I can come grab my mobile order and they told me they'd be able to make it this morning instead since I couldn't grab it. Christian is a great guy!

I know it's just a cup of coffee, but I really thought I was going to lose my order / $$ on it and let's face it, coffee is a neccessity lol

As a student, I have found Starbucks to be an excellent place to study and work on assignments. The coffee is always delicious, and there is a wide variety of drinks to choose from. Whether I'm in the mood for a classic espresso-based drink or something a bit sweeter, there's always something on the menu that hits the spot.

In addition to the great coffee, I appreciate the quiet and comfortable atmosphere at Starbucks. It's the perfect place to hunker down and focus on my studies, and the convenient locations make it easy to find a Starbucks close by.

I am also trying to win a Starbucks lifetime card, which would be an amazing prize. Overall, I have had a great experience at Starbucks and consider it a close to my heart place

Friendly Staff and Atmosphere, always very nice service

First time I've been into this place. It is so comfy!

Staff is always friendly in this location. Coffee is a hit or miss.

Delicious coffee as always. Pay your employees more, so they don't have to solicit tips for carry outs✌

I want to give recognition to Christian, one of the baristas at this location. I met him once, and every time I come in to order coffee he greets me using my name. At first I thought I was special, but I was there the other day, and he also remembered the person in front of me by name too. It's a nice touch, and it made that other person feel good too, which led to a nice interaction.
Kudos to Christian.

Hours posted online are wrong - allegedly they close at 8PM now. I understand that the lights are still on when they’re cleaning, but not having anything up on the *digital* drive through sign saying they’re closed is… a choice, I guess.

EDIT: Now that I’ve been able to actually go there and get a drink, I can give a real review… it’s lovely, very clean inside and the employees were very nice and helpful. Please update the online hours though!!!

This is a good Starbucks. Drive thru has been surprisingly quick and always friendly. This location is 2.2 miles from my house and there are technically 2 closer to my home but sometimes I'll still go to this one because the service has been so fast!

This Starbucks is a great new edition to this area. It's not only close by a lot of businesses it is super convenient because it's off the main road in just the right way so it doesn't make it hard to get in and out of the Starbucks itself! Also the baristas are amazing and it's not a bad place to grab a cup of coffee with a friend or date!

Starbucks as whole is so behind on getting in products, most locations don't have what you want but it's not the employees fault. This is my favorite location!! I wish I could swap the workers here with ones by work on the Northside. Keep up the great work 103rd & Harlem!!!!

It's a Starbucks , they are almost identical in every way , this is the place I first got to try the S'mores coffee drink... It was awesome , and a banana pecan loaf bread slice was delicious

Busy morning location with an efficient and really nice staff. I went back in because my order was misunderstood, and they fixed it and didn't make me feel bad. Customer service is handled very well here

The drive thru lady this morning made me a nice lil drink that taste like a snicker doodle cookie! Give her a raise ASAP

I visited this Starbucks about a month ago and Mikaela helped me to determine which drink would keep me awake all night for the long road trip I had ahead me. She suggested I order a Nitro Cold Brew, which was amazing. When I went to pay, I realized I did not have my wallet! I was so embarrassed, but Mikaela was so nice she gave it to me on the house. Thank you so much Mikaela you truly made my night special :)

Nicky is a great manager. My coffee wasn’t made correct and I was in a rush to work. She told me to come back tomorrow and she would take care of my coffee. Customer service excellence.

I order every Wednesday morning using their mobile app. My order is always ready to go by the time I get there. Never had a bad experience.

This Starbucks is pretty fast and accurate. What is nice though is that it used to be very difficult to get through the drive-thru because of adjacent restaurants. They put up signage to fix the problem and it did.

Love it! ❤ Delicious cake, love it this coffee or any cool drinks
