The service dept is staffed with courteous professionals at the service counter. Although I've never met the mechanics during my visits, they've convinced me through their work that they are a professional and trained crew.

We really appreciated the online pricing. It’s nice to be able to set your budget and find a vehicle that works without having to guess where the price will end up. We drove in from Kansas City the day before Christmas Eve. Our time was valued by everyone we dealt with and we never had to deal with the standard heavy handed sales tactics we experience at most other dealerships. The finance portion of the deal was clear, straight forward, and without surprises.

Excellent - Arrived at closing time with a car on the tow truck. Service manager said he would get on it first thing in the morning. Understand. He called first thing the next day with a question and advise. Everything made sense. He said it would be ready around noon and it was. No complaints. Drove the vehicle to Chicago and back over the weekend with no issues. Thanks for the great service.

From the first phone call until the day I purchased my vehicle I was very happy with the entire process. I’m 2 hours and 45 minutes away and my vehicle was in transit. I was given weekly updates on where my vehicle was and once it was closer, a round about delivery date. Once we drove up we were greeted and welcomed in to the dealership were we finally met face to face with Matt Shea who had been our point of context through the entire process. He was wonderful! Also asking if we needed anything, offered us drinks and snacks after the long drive. He stepped us through the entire process, helped get the My Chevy app going, showed us how to work all the features on the vehicle, and said if we needed anything at all while we were staying the weekend to just give him a call. I can not express how wonderful he was! He even watched our 9 year old for a bit so I could get the On Star set up, she was outside the vehicle eating some chocolate he had given her. I’m so very grateful for everything and would highly recommend this dealership.

Broke down while out of state and the guys here were awesome ... guy named dan helped us get the wheel hub assembly out and in immediately and back on the road again like 3 hours and that's with having to wait for the parts definitely recommend

I wasn’t sure what my options would be upon entering Jack Schmitt Chevrolet. I wanted to trade my car off but wasn’t sure if I wanted new or pre-owned. Depending on how much I would get for my trade in would be the key factor in my decision. I was so impressed with my salesman Bill Benjamin. He discussed the trade in process and handed my keys over to General Manager, Tim Trelow. After inspecting my car, Tim gave me an offer I couldn’t pass up. I was so excited! Tim was kind and friendly and even though we had just met, he made me feel like we had known each other for years. Moving forward, I pointed out different vehicles I was interested in and Bill brought the keys out. Not once did Bill seem frustrated or annoyed with me, as I had experienced this in the past at other dealerships. Bill didn’t pressure me and he waited patiently for me to make my decision. I drove the vehicles but still didn’t feel like they matched me. Then I asked to see one more vehicle. Bill showed me the many features of this car and I instantly fell in love with it. As I sat in the driver’s seat, it felt right, like it fused with my body. After driving it, I knew this would be the car I was buying. I returned to the dealership and Bill introduced me to the finance consultant, Mike Fietsam. Mike was sincerely nice and helpful. We discussed warranty/payment options. This all came together so perfectly. The process was so easy. Before leaving the dealership in my brand new Chevy Blazer, Bill again went over its many features. He started at the rear of the vehicle and worked his way to the front. He showed me how to operate everything and said if I had any questions I could call him, but I should refer to the owners manual for backup. I love my new 2023 Chevy Blazer!! A big thanks to the whole team at Jack Schmitt Chevrolet!!

The whole experience was great and the team did everything that I asked. I got my oil changed, a coolant flush, filters replaced, and they turned my seatbelt back the way it was supposed to be. Ryan and his team are the best! They all deserve raises and atta boys and girl. Stephanie is very helpful too.

A great big THANK YOU to Les for resolving the issue that I reported in June of last year when my truck was still under bumper-to-bumper warranty. For some unknown reason, the part that was needed was returned in August by mistake. I truly appreciate all of the service personnel at Jack Schmitt Chevy of O'Fallon. They truly care about their customers.

Had some trim between the driver's side front door and the back door that had become bent and was prohibiting me from opening the door smoothly. The part was ordered and service was performed two days later. Problem gone!

On our way to Kansas we noticed steam coming out of the hood. Luckily we saw this dealership from the highway and were able to stop there. Pulled into the front of the service bay and a service advisor greeted us immediately. Turns out the battery was overheating and leaking acid. We were very fortunate to be passing this dealership before the battery gave out completely. They had our vehicle inspected and battery replaced within 90 minutes and back on the road. Thanks!

I met with Tim Schuhardt in April 2022 to discuss the purchase
of a new Silverado. Tim was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. Based on my experience with Tim, I placed an order for a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado. Due to production issues there was a delay, so I met with Tim during the summer of 2022, and ordered a 2023 Silverado instead. It arrived in November 2022 and I picked it up on November 22. I am very happy with my new truck was extremely satisfied with Tim Schuhardt as my consultant.
