Ridgewood Memorial Park

Georgia was absolutely wonderful with us and worked her hardest to ensure everything in the process went smoothly. She went out of her way even when our out of state/country paperwork was a challenge. Even with our graveside service being small, the staff ensured that our family and loved one was treated with the utmost respect and dignity and gave us the time we needed to mourn. The location was exactly what we wanted with such a well maintained and peaceful estate. We cannot give a higher recommendation after our experience here.

Georgia was really great and helped me through the terrible process of burying my brother. She returned all emails in a timely manner and didn’t seem to mind my constant questions.
The rest of the staff was very kind and everything went exactly as planned. We had a lovely service and I highly recommend Ridgewood for anyone going through the process of losing a loved one.

Our experience at Rigewood, thanks to Georgia, was so Outstanding!! She helped us before and after my brother's passing. She handled every detail and made the process so Wonderful!! She even helped get the light on the cross on the wall of the Lawn Crepes working again. However, someone has hit it and the fixture needs some repair before winter. All of us going there would appreciate this being looked into.

My nightmare started the night I received the call that my son passed. I was devastated, lost, confused, in unbelieve my life ended.I called Georgia Kostopoulos at Ridgewood Cemetery since my fathers Muslim was there. Georgia explained all the prosses to me, set me in the most beautiful hall for viewing with picture windows and a Cafeteria.
The room was filled with over 200 Friends and family that had nothing but love to express from my son. The Environment was all I could have asked for . I believe sharing my experience could be something to help anyone that is lost the way I was. The most painful time of my life they really took a load off my back and made it beautiful memories At the ridge with cemetery and their viewing hall it's a must see. Again with all my thanks to the Richwood cemetery thank you Georgia and everyone else get took part At my son's beautiful ceremony.

Our experience at Ridgewood Memorial Park was extremely pleasant, and satisfactory. Thank you for the care, patience, guidance and professionalism that Georgia gave us. Her diligence, and hard work made the difference in our time of need. There are not enough words to thank Georgia for her compassion to families like ours that really need help when it was needed the most. We are at peace knowing that our beloved Sister and Brother In-law are now in there final resting place.

Wow! 10 out of 10 service. Georgia was absolutely amazing and no one can compare to her. She was there when we needed her the most and rose to the occasion. Truly no one can compare, she is a light that cuts through the darkness of tough times. I can only hope that this review communicates just how much we think of her and the services she provided. Also don't get me started on the property itself. It is so well kept and the grounds are just so peaceful.

My husband and I recently attended a service at Ridgewood Memorial. We were very impressed by the professionalism of the entire staff and the care and comfort they provided to all. The entire service went smoothly and they seemed to know what the family needed in advance. The grounds are beautiful and well kept and you can tell the staff takes great pride in maintaining a high level of attention at all times.

She was helpful, caring and really kicked off our visit in a positive way.

Georgia is the best of the best! She is kind, compassionate, thoughtful, and above all passionate about helping people find eternal homes for their loved ones. She is very enthusiastic without being overbearing in this time of need. She is there to listen, comfort, and support families in many different situations. Georgia is the heart of Dignity Memorial; I don’t know where the establishment would be without her.

We truly have enjoyed attending services at St. Lazarus Chapel at Ridgewood. Georgia Mermigis is always there to greet us and help us in any way she can. We love her customer service. She has helped our family with taking care of all their needs. We highly recommend her and this facility.

I’m not a religious person but I’m starting to believe because Georgia was a godsend when I needed her the most. She was so kind, helpful, and caring. It just brings me to tears when I think of all that she has done for me. I can’t recommend her enough. When the world seemed like a dark, cold place Georgia was the bright shining light. Five stars is just not enough.

We attend St Lazarus for services. Georgia Mermigis is truly the best human we have ever met. She always greets us with a smile. Her positive attitude is contagious. She truly makes our heart happy every time we see her. My family has purchased plots at Ridgeview because of her. We cannot thank her enough. To lose a loved one is devastating but to have someone like Georgia be with you every step of the way including attending the services and following up just to say hello and see how we are is beyond our expectations.
