Red June Cafe

The food is awesome. The build your own sandwhich is a great idea as the croissant is very fluffy with the soft eggs and the warm cheese just sit so well with the cold weather. The iced coffee is really good and the staff know how to make a great drink with whatever you're request is.

I frequent Red June regularly, 3/4 times a week. The staff is always so pleasant and remember my name and order which is a nice touch. Their prices are great compared to other places I’ve visited. The walk up window is great for me and my pup. Highly recommend!

I don’t review places often, and I just finished a breakfast burrito from Red June Cafe and was compelled to write this review. The food at this establishment is excellent. The eggs from the breakfast burrito could’ve been placed on a plate at a fine dining restaurant and I wouldn’t have batted an eye. The food here tastes like it was prepared right before you ate it. Portions are perfect for the price point. Never finished a meal here and regretted it. Coffee is highly subjective so you’re better off trying it yourself. I would say the coffee and espresso here are made very well. Atmosphere is good. The tables are a little low for the window height, but it has a lot of quirkiness and plentiful outdoor seating. Service excellent. 5/5.

I don’t even know where to start because I love this place so much! When I envision the perfect neighborhood coffee shop, I think of Red June. The barista Asia always makes my day and has taken time to get to know me and George. Also, she makes the best 80/20 Arnold Palmers. The breakfast burrito SLAPS! And, the banana bread and Jenn’s chicken salad are always on point. If you are in the area this place is a must!

This is THE local breakfast spot. Saturday mornings in the summer here are the best. It gets very busy but it’s worth the wait. Everyone is so friendly and the breakfast never disappoints. Great spot of grab some food and go eat it with friends at the park. Highly recommend their seasonal coffees, breakfast sandwich and the burrito.

Red June is an ideal neighborhood coffee shop. The food and coffee are great, I especially enjoy their donuts and glazed croissants.

They have a convenient walk-up window on McLean, so I can swing by with my dog in the morning and grab coffees to go. There are also a couple outdoor tables that we’ve sat at in the warmer months. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and always give my dog a treat when we come by.

We just moved to the neighborhood and are so happy we stumbled upon Red June Cafe! The mini bagels are truly a delight, and the pumpkin pie latte is among the best I've ever had! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the walk-up window is super convenient for when you want to stop by on a walk through the neighborhood. Definitely don't miss this local gem!

I order from Red June Cafe for delivery to River North area and let me tell you, this place is amazing! Food is absolutely delicious and great value and I’m now a regular weekly customer. The croissant egg sandwich w/bacon, biscuit & gravy w/fluff eggs, and turkey sandwich are all fantastic. And it’s the little details I appreciate even more…fruit cups, pastries, and blueberry lavender lemonade.

I go here weekly. At least. Love the people and all of the food here. Try Jen’s Chicken Salad sandwhich. All of the lattes are delicious as well. Great place to work if you work from home. Friendly people who make all the difference!

Lovely little coffee shop , the everything bagel is very good , their coffee is also tasty , recommend to go there, noting that its a dog friendly place which is a plus .

Great coffee spot in Bucktown. Love the take out window. It is easy to grab and go. The staff is lovely and helpful. I will be going back next week with some friends.

First time here. Grabbed a iced coffee and a sandwich. Everyone was so happy, friendly and charismatic! I'm definitely planning on coming back.

My son and I love to stop here in the morning or after school. I absolutely love the blueberry lavender lemonade in the summer and a hot caramel apple cider in the fall/winter! The caprese avocado toast is my go to breakfast when I stop by!

We are grateful to have Red June as our local coffee shop & cafe! I love the build your own breakfast - portions are great and served with fruit which I love. Great quality coffee, every drink I order is always tasty. Friendly staff! Made to order, and can get a little busy during morning rush so budget time accordingly.

This is an awesome neighborhood cafe. The coffee itself is great, but the people watching you can do here is also wonderful. Everyone, both staff and patrons, were kind and helpful to others around them. It was a great spot to enjoy a coffee!

I worked at Red June for a few months and can’t speak highly enough of Kim (the owner) and everyone on staff. It’s genuinely such a great place to work and everyone truly cares about giving customers the very best experience. It’s a Bucktown gem for a reason! (Also… unbiased opinion is that they’ve got the best breakfast sandwiches, ever— I still crave them!)

This little cafe is the best!! The staff there are so sweet and welcoming. Their drinks and donuts are so delicious :) I bought my boyfriend a bag of their coffee because he likes it so much! He swears they are one of the best breakfast sandwich spots in the city! Definitely check this place out!
