Gina's Hot Dogs & Italian Beef

Great local spot, it's been there forever. Probably because it's great tasting food and the staff are awesome individuals. If you are in the area definitely stop in for a quick bite you won't regret it. Not much dining room on the inside. But hey, the price is a bargain and it's a true Chicago hot dog served along with great tasting fries.

I’ve stopped here two times while in the area and the food is good made fresh and reasonably priced. The Italian ice is sooo refreshing I recommend to give them a stop!

I got the juicy hot Italian beef it was sooooooo good. My husband got a hot dog and the kids got chicken sandwiches. Everyone loved everything. Great portion sizes so full. Staff was super friendly and helped us out of towners order.

I moved to the area around a year ago and have been looking for a good hot dog joint.... FOUND IT! Prices are great food is great. 💯

Typical hot dog spot with excellent fries to mate with solid sandwiches, the Italian beef and fries are above average. Tad bit pricey.

Your nose tells you how good it's going to be the minute you walk inside. You can smell the "carmalized" smell of properly cooked french fries that are some of the best I've had in the area. I had hot dogs and beef sandwiches here, both of which were good enough to return for as well. As for the atmosphere, it's a classic Chicago Hot Dog restaurant.

Good food. Reasonable prices. Fries come with hot dog! Regular hot dog hamburger place. Plenty of outside seating and parking.

Loved the dogs and fries here for over 30 years, moved out of area, but was visiting today and stopped. Snappy casing, onions, relish, mustard, sport peppers and poppy seed bun sang my favorite tune. Fries just added to the experience. I'm going to find a reason to be in the area and get that Italian Ice.

First time in today (place is 46 years old!) and we'll be back! Dogs are classic Chicago dogs and the fries are the old-school skin-on fries! Great prices and friendly staff at this small and clean location. Next time...chicken parm sandwich and Italian ice! I recommend Gina's!

Hot dogs and fries are the best, point blank period. We drive over an hour to come back to this place we grew up with cuz they are THAT good.

Great classic dinner, homemade Italian ice hand cut fries

Just stopped in for lunch after passing by this place so many times and seeing it on Chicago’s Best. It was really good! The fresh cut fries were crisp, not soggy. Nice snap on the hot dog. Would definitely go back! I’ve been to a lot of different hot dog places and this one is up there
