Always friendly and patient staff! My son was determined to learn how to wear contacts (although he wasn't successful), the staff worked with him on multiple occasions being very informative, supportive and patient.

Cami did an excellent job. Answered all of my questions and even straightened my old glasses and put new nose pads on too. Overall very friendly and pleasant experience.

Diane was great! Great service, very friendly and very helpful! They even gave me a call in advance to warn me about the parking lot being covered in ice so I wouldn’t fall

I have come here since moving to the area 6 years ago. They have always listened to my concerns and addressed them. They take time when setting the prescription to be sure the patient is happy and can see as well as possible! Highly recommend!

I really appreciated the caring people at the Shopko Optical in Belvidere, IL! I am very unstable on my feet and they did everything in their power to make sure I was comfortable and and safe. When my last contract broke I needed to get in for a new exam and order quickly. Dr. Sales and Jessica were extremely understanding and helpful in trying to get the order expedited.

My wife has been a customer for years. My first time ever having to get my eyes checked in all my years and it was a breeze!! Devin was great, (entire staff was great), polite, friendly, and explained every step of the exam along the way. Dr. Steen was very personable and, keeping with the theme, was attentive and explained every step of the exam.
