Ned's Diner

Great and delicious food. Very large servings and a large variety of dishes. Super clean and great service. We always visit this restaurant when we return to the area. Family like atmosphere.

Great place for breakfast. They were really busy but had us seated after a 15-minute wait.

I had Ned's Omelet, and my daughter had the Oreo pancakes. The omelet's eggs were light and fluffy with small chuncks of gyro meat, feta cheese, and green peppers. It also had hash browns on the side. The hash browns were cooked just right, not burnt on the outside, not raw on the inside. I would order again.

My daughter's Oreo pancakes were too rich for me, but she really enjoyed them.

Only a couple of critical thoughts. I didn't get a refill on my drink until we were ready to leave. And, our table was located in front of an exit door, literally blocking the door. This is why I knocked a star down for service and atmosphere, respectively.

Overall, I would definitely go back.

Just moved to Belvidere a few years ago from Chicago. Getting use to living in a country community. Love it. This is my 1st time at Ned's. I was given a gift certificate for Christmas. What a gem. The restaurant had a unique charm, and atmosphere. Our server was great and personable. Good Bloody Mary, and delicious food. 😋 plan on going back.

This place is delicious. The staff was friendly and everything was clean. Nice selection of homemade eclairs, cream puffs, and pies!

Can always count on Neds for a quick pick-up while still providing tasty food. Is one of the few or only restaurant in Belvidere that has freshly squeezed orange juice daily! A clean and welcoming environment from all staff members. I once forgot to ask for whip cream when picking up my pumpkin pancakes (pictured), but once I got home I found a side of whip cream (which I had really wanted), thankfully!

Ned’s diner was our stop traveling across the interstate in Illinois, and it did not disappoint. We enjoyed omelets that were excellent and served quickly and with a smile. People seemed to enjoy their work, and when I checked out they thanked us for our business!

A great place for breakfast with great service, kind people every time! They are so sweet and thoughtful and brighten up your day! The food is excellent and the T- Bone is awesome to eat too! A great place to catch up have some coffee with your family and friends! My go to mom and pop shop! Be back in a few weeks! To receive my favorite meal!

We've been coming here for years and never disappoint. The workers and the owner are very nice and treat you like you are family.

Great place to meet up with friends on a Sunday morning. The pancakes were fresh and fluffy. My omlette was well made, and the service was professional and timely. Stop in for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or just a drink!

Breakfast and their seasonal specials are wonderful. They make fresh orange juice and have a Bloody Mary bar you must try!

Always have wonderful service here and there are tons of options on the menu. The food is delicious and they are very flexible with requests! I really recommend the cinnamon roll french toast!

The 12 once chopped steak, with au jus, is my favorite breakfast. Strong work by the kitchen every time.
