I had the most phenomenal experience with sales rep Mia Constantine. She was direct, helpful, honest, knowledgeable, and most of all truly understood my needs and worked around them. I was shopping for a specific type of truck (they didn’t have there) and I ended up buying a truck that was the more expensive package just so I could give my business to this dealership. As a woman, I was having terrible experiences just about every dealer I went to. Being mistreated and disrespected. Muhammad the manager and every other person I interacted with, even for just a hello, were very warm and friendly. Truly felt valued here. I would give my business to anywhere else!

I must say.. omg I went to Golf Mill Ford thinking there just pulling my leg.. oh I was so wrong . My sales person was Mia Constantine . Was amazing as was whole sales team . I have thank Mia and Luke they did amazing job putting me car and wonderful job with financing and payments. If you for dream team these are the ones you want on your team . I am very impressed with my experience with Golf Mill Ford. I just purchased a new car from them. They made sure that they did everything that they could do to make sure that I left with the car I wanted. My sales person Michaela Cressy was very helpful. She listened to my needs that I had and made sure that they were met. What put the cherry on top of my experience was when I got home. He was very pleasant and efficient the whole time. He took the time to explain what everything was and what recommendations were needed on my car. We drove 3 hours one way to purchase a transit at Golf Mill Ford and after working with Rostyslav and Mohammad it was well worth the trip. Not only did Rostyslav work with us for hours on our purchase he took the extra step to send us videos on seat removal to help us out days after our purchase. I would drive again to work with Rostyslav and I hope his company sees the value he is bringing to this establishment. Additionally, Mohammad is a fantastic energetic manager who is easy to relate to. Wonderful experience with down to earth people.

Mark was an amazing salesman. First time buying a car and he made everything really comfortable and easy. He made sure we got everything we came in for and made everything work. I went to Golf Mill Ford to help a family member look at a sub-$5000 used car. Our sales rep was Nicholas Marra, and he was phenomenal. Getting a gearhead as a sales rep is always great, because they really know their stuff, and they're genuinely helpful even when it comes to these cheaper, older used cars. Nicholas was knowledgeable, kind, professional, and genuinely fun to talk with. We didn't end up buying the car, but this was the best experience I've ever had with a sales rep at a dealership.
