Holiday Inn Express & Suites Chicago North Shore - Niles, an IHG Hotel

If you’re looking for a safe place to stay out of the city that is comfortable and clean this is it!!!We stayed 4 nights here and had the best experience. Check in was smooth and easy, and the gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Both the hotel and our room was very clean and comfortable. Cleanliness is extremely important to me above anything else and I had no issues here. The complimentary breakfast had a ton of options and something for everyone in my family. We felt extremely safe here being across from the police station (which wasn’t noisy at all) and had no worries about our car. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

This is a very nice hotel! The hotel decoration is new, the rooms are bright and spacious, clean and very modern. The price is very affordable, I have chosen to live here on two business trips, and I will choose here when I come to Chicago in the future.

From the time we arrived until we left, staff was outstsnding everyone that worked here was polite and helpful. We had 3 rooms reserved and our family was very happy with this hotel . The hotel was going through remodel, and we never would have known.We will stay here again because we go to chicago often due to family living in Chicago. So far I've been here a week with my job... Must say the service is impeccable. Love the room! Very upscale, Spacious Galore! Love the set up, Huge bed and I absolutely LOOOOOOOOVE the Halo light around the mirror in the bathroom.
I've only had one crazy Incident with the person I the room next to me last night playing REALLY loud music disturbing me late at night.
I work long hours with my job and when I get back to the hotel all O wanna do is eat and go to bed.. This LOUD GHETTO Woman was playing this hip hop rap music so LOUD I could hear it all the way in my room. Had to call the front desk TWICE and they couldn't seem to get her under control.. She was yelling at the front desk manager when he came up to confront her and tried to yell at me..I told them both that my next step was calling the police for her disturbing the peace and I closed my door.... Next thing I know it was peace and quiet.
Other than that it's been a really great stay.. fridge in the room...nice microwave... Foyer in my room so it's all good for me.. I'd definitely stay here again🥰

A wonderful place, that has recently been renovated. The night clerk David was friendly and very helpful. He shared information about the area and had some great suggestions about things to do with our grandkids while on our visit.

Super clean, quited, helpful, friendly, secure and with kindly personal. There is a young guy, hard working in the breakfast area, that is so dedicate, fast and hamble. The guys working in front desk, always welcome to help and resolve any situation. Its a great place to stay.

Stayed 4 nights. Overall hotel and room in great shape. Friendly, helpful staff. Used the pool and the exercise room; both well-maintained. I consider this a 4 star hotel.

I was looking for a place outside of Chicago and didn’t know my way around the suburbs! This Holiday Inn had good reviews, so I said yes!

It’s located in a pleasant neighborhood, and next to a Police Station and a church!

Great location. Renovation in progress on the first floor. Our room was clean except for the old dirty carpet.

Clean new hotel. Very odd cleaning schedule. View was to the road. The room was spacious and well ordained and pleasant. Nice colors and nice amenities.

Great customer service. Room was excellent. Very clean and dove products in bath. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Jeremy at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly with everything we needed. He was above and beyond with his service. The rooms were neat and clean. I was within walking distance to work and CVS which just made everything so much better.

Clean, good and safe area. Right beside a police station. Excellent breakfast 😁

I stay here when ever I go see my uncle it is close to him and places I visit it is very clean & safe to park

Was really looking forward to bacon and eggs at breakfast, along with the cinnamon rolls. No bacon, instead it was Turkey sausage patties. I managed.

The rest of the experience was fine. The front desk staff were very helpful.

The hotel was great! Clean, modern, new! Everything was great! The room was almost clean. Bed, floor, towels seem to be clean but the were some fingerprints on the door. But otherwise everything was perfect.

Keep it this way please. Outside this hotel you can find Panera, a lovely cafe. You can reach the city and the airport quickly.

Very clean and comfortable room. Although the road outside was busy, we heard no noise inside. The EV charger was an added bonus. One of the few places on our trip that was pet friendly and offered EV charging. Well done

All things considered, it's a pretty good hotel. FYI if you're going here, don't count on their breakfast options. I stayed a week and they never had any fruit options, and only had yogurt one day. Also almost every day the breakfast meat option was the crummy sausage patty. Otherwise it's a pretty nice hotel and there's stuff to do in the area.
