Flooring America is the only place we go for flooring. Warren is a delight to work with and our carpet installed about 6 years ago still looks amazing!!! They won't try to sell you things you don't need or try to upsell on higher grades of flooring than you are interested in.

I only went here for my Carpet & Installation because a comment said they were cheaper than Home Depot. It turns out flooring america ($900) is much higher because they add A LOT more things that Home Depot ($700) gives you free plus Home Depot gives you a 5+ year Warranty ON THE CARPET, there's NO warranty on flooring's carpet, only at Home Depot if you choose a special order carpet it may take longer SO BACK TO HOME DEPOT to keep $100s of dollars in MY pocket

I visited this location to inquire about having wood flooring installed in my kitchen and entry foyer. I stopped by at 5:15 on a Wednesday afternoon, and had an absolutely horrible experience. After I walked in I went to the front desk to speak to an employee, and there was a man sitting there watching television (loudly) on a laptop AND playing video games on his cell phone (his company shirt said "Tim"). I said "excuse me" to him, and after not receiving a response after about 20 seconds addressed him again, this time asking "are you busy?" I then walked out of the business since he made no effort to acknowledge me. I have never been treated like that in a shop before, and will NEVER return - I hope you steer clear as well!
