Olson's Ace Hardware

Haven’t been here in a bit but it is incredibly clean and the staff is the best. The redesign is wonderful and thoughtfully laid out.

It does smell like an Ace. I feel like they all have a fertilizer smell.

For year's my family has gone here for various things.I personally about 35 years. Your staff is always polite and helpful. I had the pleasure of having Alex help me with my grandson's keys. I love Olson's Ace

Peter was VERY helpful when I became very frustrated - having little success in finding the screws I wanted.
He informed me of a new product that would solve my issue with my door.
Unfortunately. They only had 1pk of 4 in stock. But he placed an order for more to arrive after the wknd.

Long story short......
Looking 4 a couple of ways2fix a lazy Susan.
The service man recommended various way to fix the mounts.
Couple of setscrews or US threaded bolts & cheap plastic mount.
All. In all less than $5.-

Great store! Newly rearranged it's more like old fashioned hardware store... definitely not big box retailer, that doesn't mean they don't have what you need! Specially there is great selection of screws that are hard to get anywhere

I was absolutely impressed with an employee at Olson ace hardware. The employee Miguel exceeded expectations with his great customer service. He helped me get what I needed. He was not someone I'd expect to go over and beyond. I definitely will be returning back there because of this young man. I came in two days later and met the manager Luis. I couldn't help but tell him about his exceptional employee and he agreed. That's good management .Kudos to Miguel

Every member of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I came in to get a key programmed for my car. Although they couldn’t help me, The manager Eli helped me and provided me with the information I needed to fix my problem. I’d recommend coming to this location for any of your hardware needs!

There is always someone offering help and the staff is very knowledgeable. I especially like the paint department. We have worked with Eli "the paint guy" and have experienced exceptional customer service. We really like this store and they always have what we're looking for.

I went in to look at paint swatches. I couldn't find the color I wanted but Elijah was there to help. He was very helpful and friendly. He took the time to explain the undertones of some of the colors I was interested in. He even opened some cans of paint so I could see exactly what the undertones looked like. He also provided me with several booklets to help me in my decision. I always get great service/help at this local Ace.

I love Ace hardware in Franklin Park where I always find what i need. Even more importantly, they are friendly and are always available to ask questions. My favorite store. They recently reorganized the store. I have to relearn where everything is located, but it does look more modern.

I was recently shopping for an Ego Lawn Mower among other Ego products. I've never shopped at Ace but found they were where these were sold. My experience couldn't have been better! Glen was so gracious with assisting my every need amidst a plethora of questions. Josh, the manager, also was involved and was very knowledgable and helpful as well. I left a very satisfied customer and an Ace Rewards Member with my car loaded full of new purchases. My experience has been shared with friends and family.
