Sutton Ford is in an easily accessible location.Its hours of operation are convenient. Its staff is fantastic, especially Jessica and Jillian. If I could "move-in", I would in a heartbeat...friendly, upbeat, and always eager ti help the customer. Both my cars are over 100,000 miles, but they rum like new!!

Great place. Unlike other dealers when you make an appointment they actually stand by it and get you in. Melissa was great in service communication was above and beyond. She really shines when it comes to taking care of everything from start to finish.

Pleasant experience. A little slow but they were busy. They did offer to wash my truck for free though. I definitely will bring my Ford to Sutton again...

Jessica Harris is THE BEST! She is extremely attentive and informative, which lessens my anxiety about what services I may need to consider getting for my vehicle. Staff was very professional and service went quicker than predicted. They were helpful in getting me the best price for my service. Waiting room was nice with free coffee/tea and nice bathrooms.

I’ve been a customer of Sutton Ford for over twenty years. Have always been very satisfied with customer service and their professionalism. They are always polite, respectful and friendly. Jessica was great. She kept me informed about what was happening with my vehicle.

The appointment process was seamless. Got a reminder call the day before appointment. Dropped the vehicle off for appointment, listed my concerns & issues the vehicle has. The vehicle was ready at the agreed upon time.

The only concern or issue I have was that the part needed to completely take care the vehicle issue was not in stock for a complete repair.

Other than that, everything was fine, above what I expected.

Excellent experience having your mobile services come to my house. The service man was excellent at his job very courteous. Enjoyed the service very much. Hopefully this will continue.

We took our car to Sutton Ford for door latch recall and we had a great experience. The fix required spare parts they had to order which delayed the servicing a bit but they gave us a rental car and covered the cost. Their customer service people were really helpful and nice too!

I recently had my car serviced at Sutton Ford. Jaime Vasquez and his team provided excellent and efficient service. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. I had a great experience and I highly recommend them!

Staff was very engaging and explained everything clearly. Called and scheduled an appointment with ease. Got an appointment almost immediately. When I arrived I was given immediate served. Waiting area was clean and comfortable.

Great service as always! I scheduled an oil change and Auto Butler application, thankfully they offer free shuttle service and took me to my hair appointment. Sutton was done with my service on time and picked me up from the salon. Excellent staff and service!!

Sutton Ford service department's quick lane is unmatched in their professionalism and expertise. The warm and welcoming staff are pleasant to work with and I have enjoyed the Sutton Ford experience for years. Most recently, Jason Scott has been awesome assisting with our fleet of Driver’s Ed cars! We also appreciate Jessica, Jillian, Jamie, Brian and Melissa for always helping us with any questions or concerns. Crete-Monee High School appreciates you and thanks again !

So far this place has been above and beyond, every time I need an oil change I go here because they have great customer service and they make sure everything gets taken care of, I wouldn’t change anything 5 stars to all , happy customer since day 1 when I got my Truck!

Sutton Ford in Matteson has a very friendly and comfortable Environment! The guy who checked me in for my Oil Change was very attentive & Professional, the Salesman who sold me the Car assisted me with some things I could not install myself (Fayek Hussein) and the African American Finance Manager was friendly and made me feel happy that I bought the car!

They did the service needed. Then called and recommended I get new brakes, because I needed them to drive safely. I started to wait a bit for that. But, I though about what the tech said and called tge service Department back and told them to go ahead and fix the brakes.

The young man by the name of Jason, was very polite, courteous and personable. He was not annoyed by the questions I asked but responded with enthusiasm. He got me in as he said and was finished in the time he told me of on the phone the previous day. I wish ALL CSR were like him
