Went to see Shane 2 months ago to begin strength training for the first time in my life. Now squatting and deadlifting 255 pounds (and growing) of weight in just 2 months. Fantastic trainer with an extremely positive and motivating attitude. He clearly cares about each one of his clients. He puts immense care into his gym as well. Couldn't be happier with Shane and my progress.

Hired shane as my personal trainer and haven't regretted it one bit. Im 50+ and i have gained much strength and endurance since beginning my training 8 weeks ago. I would highly recommend Byou Fitness.

Byou is one of a kind! It’s a small/private gym that is personable, clean and in the perfect location! The owner has done an amazing job creating an encouraging, positive and motivational environment! Highly recommend the 1:1 personal training sessions as well, after having surgery on my lumbar spine last year, the personalized workouts have been a game changer in regaining my strength/healing. You have to check it out!

Great place to workout! You get the one on one training, classes are just long enough and are modified to fit your needs. Very clean, and professional. The environment is welcoming and energetic. Best Gym in town. If you want to get in shape and become the best version of you, this is the place to go!

This gym is so nice, convenient, clean and the best equipment. The owner is professional, courteous and knows his stuff. I would recommend anyone to this private gym because you get the best direction, motivation, accountability and best of all the music is my jam to work out too.

BYou gives you the attention to fitness and results that is impossible to get in a larger gym setting. It has a great mix of small size gym with equipments that you need to target your workout and a trainer that is very passionate about what he does! I will recommend BYou for everyone.

Shane is amazing and the location couldn’t be more convenient. Clean, modern, intimate…. Meaning not intimidating!!! That’s a biggie for me I need to feel comfortable in my surroundings. You gotta check this out!

Love the location of this place, the ambience and the connection with the owner/fitness instructor. If you haven't been here, you should check out it. The one on one training is absolutely better than having to deal with multiple individuals.
