I purchase new chairs for my salon from Co at the Peoria store. They are absolutely perfect! I had I wonderful experience. Co knows how to design a look to fit your space. I was so happy with her that I will have her design my next room at my house! Thanks Co!

Beautiful showroom and great selection at the Peoria location! My Sales rep, April, was fabulous! She listened to exactly what I was looking for and gave me the space to shop on my own until I needed her help. Selected 3 dining sets and asked if I could get specific measurements to check at home. She answered all questions and concerns I had about all the items. She went above and beyond, was personable, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, friendly. The staff was wonderful. Extremely pleased with my experience at Steger’s Furniture. So excited for my set to arrive. Will follow up upon delivery.

My wife and I purchased and new dining room table and chairs at the North Peoria store. Our sales consultant Lou was fantastic to work with. She took the time to show us several options and explained all the options for customizing our selection. Would highly recommend Steger’s furniture. We will definitely be back. So glad we chose Steger’s Furniture when looking for our new living room couch and chairs. The minute we walked in the door we were greeted by a friendly store employee who introduced us to Lead Sales Consultant, April VanDeVoorde. She explained the layout of the store and where we might find the style of furniture we were looking for. She also gave us the option of having her join us while we browsed or just browsing on our own. We found just what we wanted, and April efficiently gave us quotes in regards to paying cash or financing. We decided to return home and think things over. April called us later that afternoon to see if we had any further questions. We made the decision to purchase and April took care of our payment over the phone. It’s nice doing business with a family-owned company who hires such friendly, helpful and efficient employees. Very satisfied with our quality purchases.

Out of a quick necessity, my husband and I were shopping for a power recliner. April is amazing!! She quickly assessed our need and directed us to the proper selection. She was very professional and compassionate. We will be back soon! Highly recommend Stegers in Peoria!!

We had worked with April a couple months ago and it was a great experience so when we got a sale flyer in the mail we decided to check out their mattresses. First I called and spoke with her and she let me know her availability and answered some questions. We decided to go in right away and April asked questions to determine what we were looking for. She showed us several options and fully explained the differences. Not only did we buy one mattress but we bought two! She quickly completed paperwork and even offered to carry the mattress covers out to our car! The store was very comfortable to shop in and everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Definitely a great experience!

Was met promptly by salesman by the name of Kyle when I entered their showroom. Very knowledgeable about all of their items. Left me alone to discover what I liked in the areas he pointed out. Then We discussed several options for either buying out right or dating terms. Wanted to think over for a day or so, no pressure to close today. Very enjoyable shopping experience. Will go back again!

On Jan 17th 2024 I was greeted by April V. at Steger’s furniture, at the Peoria IL location. Polite and profession, she was able to assist in the purchasing of the Winners Only Mango cocktail and side tables. She answered all my questions, wasn’t following me around , but did check on me several times during my selection process. Reviewed my order, explained the pick process and location. On Feb 23rd, I was able to pick my order from the Steger’s warehouse located in N pekin. The warehouse agents were friendly and polite. Once home with my purchase, putting the cocktail table together, I noticed a manufacture defect on one of the legs. I contacted April and immediately she set up an appointment for an exchange. No questioned asked the following Tuesday, i returned the defective table to the warehouse. The warehouse crew had a ready assembled the new cocktail table. In the overall experience, I wasn’t rushed, or hounded at the store. April and the warehouse crew attended my wants and consideration, along with no hassle exchange on a manufacturing defect. Recommend the family owned and operated furniture store, of Stegers for any home furnishings.

I did preliminary looking for a brother at Steger’s Peoria store for power lift recliner and power couch. Colleen ‘Co’ was my account rep and was awesome. She was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time answering questions etc. I went back the next day with my brother and Co once again was a pleasure to deal with. Steger’s had a good selection of furniture, was well lit and clean.

Great experience at Steger’s Furniture today with our sales consultant Lou McWhirter. We were looking for a nice recliner and ended up buying a sofa to match. Lou went above and beyond to coordinate the process. We look forward to the “White Glove Delivery” in the near future. Can’t wait to enjoy our new furniture!

We went to Steger’s to look for a new coffee table. We were greeted by April V. at the door. We told her we were browsing. She let us walk around and checked on us ever so often. Not pushy, just very helpful! We ended up buying a coffee table, a small end table, a Flexsteel leather couch, love seat, and rocker recliner. Can’t wait for our new furniture to arrive on Thursday. April was a big help in sharing the pros and cons of a couple options we were considering. Definitely will return to Steger’s for our next furniture purchase!

So I just have to give a highly satisfied review of the Peoria Steger's furniture store!!! I have had to make purchases for my dad who has needed some new pieces of furniture and is somewhat indecisive, April has been exceptionally kind, patient and helpful...life is hard when caregiving and she has been one of my very few easy buttons in life. She has now helped me on several occasions. I officially have a furniture ambassador...She is also very caring and concerned about my dad and how he's been doing....the new high legged recliner allows my dad a lot more independence. Thank you to her and the delivery crew. They were professional and kind as well. They get an A+ in my opinion.

We have been customers of Stegers for years, but visited the Peoria store today for the first time. It was beautiful and the prices were great! Our sales associate April always takes such good care of us and listens to our needs. What an awesome employee!! Best place to buy good quality furniture at an affordable price in the area!!

The best experience with Dan (salesman) and Jenny and Joe (scheduling and repair). We purchased two recliners with a console and I called with a question and Joe came to our house that same week. Furniture is high quality, comfortabl and stylish looking. And 2 of the 3 employees from Steger’s have worked there 29 and 30 years…..that says a lot to me. Please give them a try if you are looking for furniture or mattresses, I went to the new store they opened in Peoria.

I had an excellent experience with April in the Peoria store. I was intending to purchase a recliner and ended up getting the matching sofa too! April was knowledgeable and kind. I'd highly recommend Stegers and April.

I went into Steger’s earlier today to find a sectional and was incredibly pleased with the selection in the store. We ended up getting one and April helped us to schedule delivery and checked us out. She was very kind and knowledgeable, definitely a great experience. Will be returning.

Have been looking for a mattress for quite some time. Wanted to make sure I could exchange it if it didn’t work out for me once I slept on it for a few weeks. Stegers has a great plan, giving you up to 60 days to exchange if you’re not happy with the mattress. Joanne Will was my sales associate. She did a fantastic job, spending time with me, answering questions, explaining policies and construction of the different mattresses. Recommend checking Stegers out if you’re looking for a mattress or any other furniture for that matter. Great prices as well!

We shopped at Stegers in Peoria today and bought a large amount. of new furniture. We were pleased at the amount of good quality furniture that was available for almost immediate delivery. Our Sales person April did a fantastic job finding what we were looking for. She's a credit to the business
