Apple Northbrook

Came in to get my macbook pro checked out and Maryanne was beyond helpful. She gave me advice on how to care for my laptop and information on trade ins and helped me resolve my current problem. She was very kind, knowledgeable and efficient. I am very very pleased with my visit and service with her.

My husband and I had a demo of Apple Vision Pro and were awestruck by the whole experience! We got in quickly, and the person who guided me, Rachel, made the demo fun and easy to follow. We will probably be back for the iPhone 15 Pro which can shoot video that will have that immersive look. It's been awhile since I've been so excited about new Apple products. Thanks to everyone in Northbrook who helped us 😊

I ordered for pickup at the Apple Store in Northbrook and it was incredible! It took less than 5 minutes to get my order, and the service was fantastic. I highly recommend going to this store to pick up an order or to buy directly from the store.

I had a really weird situation with upgrading my phone but Adam was amazing and helped so much with figuring out what was the issue. Especially during the hectic rush of the holidays. This guy needs a raise and a promotion honestly with everything that he did yesterday. My experience at this store was 15/10

I had the best customer service experience ever at this store today. A few people helped to calm me down when I forgot my iPhone passcode, and didn’t remember my iCloud password. But Tom was amazing at figuring out what steps I needed to take to get back into my phone. We thought best case scenario I would be able to get back in in a few days, but I was able to get back in the same day. Cannot recommend this store, Tom and others that I met with enough. Tom saved my day!!!

My GF was buying a new iPhone. Not only did the salesman provide exactly what she was looking for but he programmed it to her carrier right there in the store which saved her a trip to her carrier's store.
Done quickly and efficiently at no extra cost.

Katie was so wonderful and helpful today. Patient, kind, genuine. Really enjoyed talking with her. Was like chatting with a friend. Thank you, Katie. You’re a gem.

Once we figured out that we were supposed to stay in line to sign up for an appointment to see someone, things went a lot more smoothly. They have excellent products, as everyone knows. The gentleman that helped my wife and I figure out our building situation was very patient and kind with us.

Izzy helped us out with a complicated exchange process (including exchanging apple care and college student promotion offer) with grace and speed. The Old Orchard location did not understand our issue. They are a star!!!

The Apple Store staff at the Northbrook Mall were amazing. We were greeted by Ashley, she was extremely polite and professional. Apple Tech Sade was awesome. We had to return the next day to set up the phone. Once again, we were greeted by Ashley. She was very helpful, polite, professional, and just great. Apple Tech Josephine( Jo) was top notch. She answered all my son’s questions. She was funny, polite, and made the whole experience very pleasant and easy. Great store Great people !!!!!!

My experience at the Apple Store started rough until Finn at the Northbrook store helped us. He is definitely an asset to this store. Thank you so much Finn for your help and kindness. He is definitely an amazing associate. Thank you for the photography class we will definitely be back for more of your classes.

I love this place. Especially a guy named Marc if I remember his name correctly. I went to get my AirPods replaced because they broke and it only took 10 minutes. They were very kind and I see they worked very hard . Thank You!

These guys are very good in fixing. They have said it will take 3 days but fixed it by next day.

Maggie and Ben were absolutely stellar. They were able to help me so quickly with my phone issue and not only that they were extremely kind and professional.

Store is great,plenty of staff, I found latest iPhone here..I was trying online for so many days however after visiting the store found one..

I like share my experience on holding a product..they will hold any product for that day end only, I mean after 12am it's gone...I was in assumption that they will hold for 24 hours..it's not like that..I lost one product order with this confustion..apart from this my experience was good and staff is great too...thanks

I've always found Apple Store to be extremely busy however, whatever the electronic problem is they find a solution. It's a great service, from start to end. No matter how busy the place seems to be, I've always been greeted at the door, and you get fitted into the schedule. It's always a wait, but I don't mind the weight (could be an hour or more). This is what happens when you don't schedule an appointment before getting there.

I walked in without an appointment I couldn’t figure out how to set it online didn’t wait anything Doyante I think was his name was helpful got me set up as a walk in I had a few questions about my icloud separating accounts changing apple id etc he answered all my questions and I felt comfortable had a great experience walked out of there with all my problems solved thanks
