This studio has a class that will fit you and your practice, regardless of ability or yoga knowledge. I stick mainly to the Hot classes, but every class I've taken, from Power to Restore, has been superb. Show up consistently, and YogaSix Des Peres will take your body and mind to higher levels of performance. I can't thank them enough!!!

YogaSix on Manchester Rd is my go to for my yoga practice. They provide me with a clean space, friendly and skilled teachers, and a variety of classes to choose from all week long. After taking advantage of a weekly promo they were running I knew right away I wanted to be a member even though I already have a gym membership at a local gym, that's how great this place is. I go three to five days a week.

YogaSix is a community to help you grow your practice. Everyone there is so nice and welcoming!! There is no judgment at all. The wide variety of class options and teachers! The studio itself is a clean and relaxing environment. During your class, you can safely secure all of your belongings in the lockers at no additional cost. The lockers even have USB ports inside of them so you can charge your phone during class. They even have an amazing app to help schedule your classes, keep track of your goals and classes you take. I highly recommend!! I absolutely love it!!

I absolutely LOVE this studio!!! The instructors are amazing and make you feel comfortable and proud about yourself in whatever stage of your yoga journey you are in!!! The variety of classes is also amazing (and their Buti class is outstanding!) I would rate this 10/5 stars if I could!! I’m so happy I switched to YogaSix 🧘‍♀ ☺

So many class options with easy sign up on the Y6 app! The studio manager, Amber, is a ray of sunshine. All at the studio, staff, teachers and students are friendly and committed to the practice of yoga. Yoga Six has been a bright light to me all these months of uncertainty and stress due to COVID. Great first experience with Yoga Six in Des Peres. I have not done yoga in five years, but the employees were welcoming and friendly. They immediately put my mind at ease and talked me through what sessions would be best. I did power yoga and it was an intense course but I never felt overwhelmed. The amenities, from the showers to the phone chargers in the lockers, are top notch. I purchased a one month unlimited plan but I'm sure I'll be going back for more.

This is the best yoga studio I have ever been to. The teachers are all professional and friendly. There is a great variety of classes and really good times. YogaSix covers all of your workout needs, cardio, strength and stretch.

I have a Class Pass, so I’ve been to several yoga studios in St. Louis County (Kirkwood, CWE, Des Peres area) and this is one of my favorites, so far. The instructors are great and the studio is clean and calming. Everyone is super welcoming, and I look forward to going back.

I love YogaSix studios. I like all the class options, although I am addicted to the hot classes. The teachers and staff are professional and courteous. The music is great and the hot is hot! I highly recommend YogaSix to family and friends.

This is my go-to yoga studio even though it's a 25-minute drive for me! I highly recommend Ashley H.'s sculpt and flow classes, but I love all of the classes I've taken here. The space is always spotless and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful!

I got the 2 months unlimited use Groupon and I've been going since the 22nd of May and I absolutely love it! I did not think that I would enjoy Yoga this much. The staff and instructors are very friendly and helpful! I'm new to Yoga and I'm not a very small girl and I do not feel unwelcome at all. The Studio is extremely clean, the rest rooms are amazing. And the iPhones app is great for scheduling classes. I would highly recommend any of my friends to Yoga Six!

I love teaching as well as taking yoga classes in this studio! Everyone is extremely friendly, passionate, and educated. They make you feel right at home as soon as you walk in the door! Great place to go to learn, get a great workout, as well as find some peace and calmness.

I am impressed with the quality of the instructors, the variety of classes and the many time slots available. It is meticulously clean and the studio space and floor are ideal for practice! The GM (Amber) goes above and beyond for clients! It is quickly becoming a home away from home for me!

YogaSix in Des Peres is a haven for me in this rush about tense world. You are always greeted with a warm welcome, often by name. It is a warm, friendly, inviting atmosphere that is always spotless. Non-intimidating, with a listen to your body mentality that has class options for every ability and inclination. The teachers are fantastic. I can’t speak highly enough of the manager Amber. She is so kind and responsive. This place has been particularly important to me through the pandemic!

Only signed up a month or so ago, but Amber and the teachers at Yoga Six are professional and responsive. They offer a variety of classes at different times and it makes it so much easier for me to get to class after work. I feel like I fit in here! #thesearemypeople

Yoga Six is an amazing studio. Being able to teach and take classes here has been such a learning experience. My practice has grown immensly in strength and flexibility. They offer a wide variety of classes to fit any schedule. The staff are knowledgable, fun, and work hard to help people meet their goals. If you haven't taken a class here...definitely try one soon!
