American Eagle & Aerie Store

My first time ever buying new jeans in the American Eagle store at West County Mall was such a great experience thanks to the beautiful, kind young lady who helped me. Tiynora Stewart. She asked me if I needed help and I told her that I was there to buy new jeans to keep up with the new style my teenage daughters have been on me about. I told her that I wasn't sure what size I would wear in their brand. She looked at me and new exactly what size I needed. I thanked her and went on about my business. A few minutes later my daughter brought me 2 pairs of jeans and said that girl told me to give these to you to try, she thinks you will like them. I love the jeans she picked and loved even more that she went out of her way to be so helpful. We need more people like her in this world. Tiynora, you truly make a difference and will do great things in life.

I was in this store earlier today and Jade had helped me find some jeans. She was absolutely amazing I haven’t bought clothes in 2 years so I wasn’t sure what size I needed and she helped me find it and was super encouraging.

Service here was fantastic. I needed a new size and the girl working in the fitting room was so sweet and hyped me up!!!! My outfit was “giving” so learned new vocabulary too! She was AWESOME!

I always love American eagle jeans! Great fit! Yesterday 9/30/21 when I was there, I started looking around at Aerie as well. The workers were SO helpful and kind. I bought a few pairs of leggings and a couple sports bras that I absolutely LOVE and are so comfy. I will definitely be back, thank you for the great service!

I love that AE has smaller sizes in Long! My daughter is a size 0 but very long legged. AE is one of the only stores that we can find pants for her.

Between quarantine lbs and a new baby, I haven't known my bra size since the pandemic.

Well, just judging by the sheer amount of bras I was taking to the dressing room, Kate asked if I needed some help determining my size.

She helped me pinpoint my size and also find an alternate size. Totally different than what I wore pre- baby. And she gave me a card so I could remember later.

The sales associate who helped me with my exchanges was so patient and friendly!

I had purchased some items online, but not everything fit. I appreciate the safety measures put in place to not only return items, but the safety and helpfulness of the employees in assisting me to find what I was looking for in my size. They were super personable and friendly.

Went in last night and I was hesitant to even buy anything but the lady at the fitting room, I believe her name was Anna, was absolutely amazing. She helped me get the right fit, find a cute top and made me feel great about myself!

The staff is super friendly and helpful. Whenever you need help finding something, they help you and also recommend other things if they don't have your size. Love this store!

My gf makes me take her here for stuff. For less than $200 I got to watch 4 weeks worth of NFL, several sandwiches a week made, silence while playing video games and, 2 outings with the boys. Gentleman I have no idea what products I bought to attain this but I can tell you it is well worth the money.

I love that the sizing and fit is always consistent at aerie and that theres always a good sale. Would like to see more options on my size in store. But at least there are options

Everything is soft, comfortable, and a realistic size. No size medium that actually fits like a size x-small. Love this store and love how kind they are about womens bodies.
