The Clubs at River City

I found it to be worth while to go to River City for my physical and mental fitness. It’s a good environment with people who also seek fitness and health. There are badminton, basketball courts, gym, Zumba classes amongst various other facilities. The staff are friendly. They give offers on membership in Jan-Feb every year.

A wonderful and amazing club. Erin O'Connell helped our women's fitness organization plan a group workout. We attended a Les Mills GRIT workout. Memo was our instructor and his positive attitude and energy was contagious.

Everyone at the front desk was welcoming and helpful!

I have had nothing but great experiences since joining RC. Between the friendly staff, the clean, spacious, vast variety of workout equipment & facilities, and seamless registration and check-in. River City has been a great fit for me!

River City is a wonderful place to work out at. All the staff is so wonderful and helpful. They have a amazing classes to go to. I have been working with a Trainer and I’m getting amazing results. This is definitely the gym you want to join today. I have made wonderful friends over the years.

I worked out with Angie, and she was an amazing trainer! I started working out with her during Ramadan and she was great at keeping me motivated just enough but not pushing harder than I could handle while fasting. Angie also adjusted our routine multiple times to accommodate my needs (including changing dates to help with my schedule and adding a weightlifting routine when I asked for it). She's courteous, gives good advice (even off the clock), professional and very helpful!

We recently decided to inquire into River City after hearing about it through our neighbors. I reached out and immediately heard back from Erin. From the time I first spoke to Erin, till We came in & took a tour with Hank we were impressed. All of the staff have been friendly and accommodating.
The facility is neat clean and well organized . We very much like that we can bring in our own cooler & snacks. And Love the adult pool setting

Love this gym! The group fitness classes are always a lot of fun and I highly recommend personal trainer Lauren Blanchard!! She’s really great at what she does; she pushes you, but not too much, to do things you never thought you could do! She runs Club 1500 which is a 3x/week Bootcamp class; I’ve attended two rounds of it this summer and have made progress in gaining strength and confidence along with losing some weight!! Their outdoor pools are also super nice. Join and you won’t regret it 😊

Our Women’s Fitness Club came for a Les Mills Grit Class and it was a great workout with an amazing instructor!! I would definitely recommend the Clubs at River City, staff was so friendly and our instructor was so motivating and energetic! The workout was a lot of fun, it was difficult but definitely got a good sweat in and felt great:)

In the midst of my small but stressful R&B tour someone referred I get my workout in here. And I must say! I loved it. Amazing place

I have been a member at River City since I was a little kid, and I have never had a bad experience there. I love the Les Milles classes, and the instructors are super nice and helpful. When I went in for my first spinning (RPM) class, the instructor took his time to make sure that I knew what was going on and what all of the different lingo was and what to do so I did not get confused. The staff always tells me to have a good day when I leave, and I find this very nice. The outdoor pool has very responsible lifeguards and it really makes me feel safe, especially when I see little kids there. All in all, this is the best option in the area, and I wouldn't pass it up for anywhere.

Staff was amazing and trainer rocked! They were able to put together a GRIT class for a group of us very last minute and were super accommodating. Highly would recommend their classes... they push you but are so much fun!

Recently, my fitness organization visited and did a high intensity interval training workout! The instructor was super energetic and helpful! He led a great workout and I recommend going to all of my friends!! I loved going to The Clubs at River City!!

Aside from awesome programs for working out and adult stuff, the other side for kids has an AMAZING gymnastics and swimming program. The coaches are all more than capable, friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable on their jobs. My daughter learns so much and has fun doing so. For anyone skeptical due to the poor and outdated reviews, I'd come see for yourself how much better this place has gotten.

I have been a member for a long time.I feel like we are one big happy family.They have this new virtual room, it's the greatest.They have Less Mills class.Patty is really good instructor.I love her RPM classes.We have the nicest health club pools.We have 2 indoors pools.We have outdoor pools also. Deep water pool, family pool, adult pool, toddler pool! Come see for yourself!

This place is wonderful. I pay about 70 a month for me and my wife. There are a total of 5 pools. One has a slide and another has diving boards. One is an indoor lap pool as well. There are wet and dry saunas along with hot tubs. I cant wait to try out some of the classes! The staff is VERY friendly. There is a ton of actual work out equipment on tp of the TRX equipment they have

I've been working out at CRC for nearly 2 years now. This is value for money as they have: gym equipment, fitness studios, cardio equipment, exercise rooms, indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, badminton courts, VB and Basketball courts, jacuzzi, steam room etc. On any day you have multiple options to choose from, for your workout. That's why I've been here even though we have $10 a month gyms.
However, do note that this is not a new gym with brand new equipment. But, I don't really care as long as the equipment works and does not cause any injury to you or anyone else while using it.

This is the best health club in central IL. The facilities are amazing and the vibe is right and the staff is amazing!

River city offers everything you need and want from a health club. Excellent staff and amazing facility.
