Central Illinois Countertops

Central Illinois Countertops installed the countertops in the new kitchen at the Brimfield Evangelical Free Church. As the Pastor I had the opportunity to deal with them in the purchase and installation of the countertops. They were very professional to deal with. Heather made sure that we had the samples we needed to get everyone in the church on board. The measurements and installation were precise and all fit well. We did Formica countertops and a Quartz center island. Everyone in the church was well pleased with the quality and the price was comparable to the big box stores. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the service and the product that we received.

We shopped around a few places in the area and after bad communication with another retailer, we decided to continue our search. We found out about CIC and messaged with Heather. Her communication was probably the best I’ve ever had with a business. She was extremely helpful in the quick, painless process and very accommodating to our needs. No need to look any further when updating your countertops because they are the best in town! Customer service and price!

Ross came out and thoroughly measured, Heather was so helpful and great to work with, and I’m so impressed with the quality, style, and price of the premium laminate. I had a wonderful experience, and I’ll be using them again in the future!

We had Central Illinois Countertops make and install new laminate countertops for our kitchen. Really happy with the quality, installation, and at a very reasonable price. They came out for measurements within a few days and a little over two weeks later the installation was complete. Very nIce local folks to deal with. A+ Highly recommend.

Already 5 stars, they don't need my help but my countertop experience was absolutely awesome. Ross and his crew were extremely accurate and very punctual with time promises.

They constructed and installed two marble countertops for us at our specifications. Both were well done and have maintained their quality over the last few years. Still look like brand new.

Great service fair pricing

Good selection of countertops.

While the end result looks great, getting to the end was a process. The lack of communication was frustrating when a piece of our countertops were sent back, and while we appreciate the attention to detail, we wish we were kept in the loop that there would be a delay. We were only informed of the delay when we had to call to get a status update. The installers also dented our brand new refrigerator in the process and did not let us know of the damage.
