Walgreens

I'm giving a review because I can read how much entitlement some of the negative reviewers have. I don't usually give reviews, but this pharmacy helped me and my elderly mother in-law navigate transferring medication prescription from out of state. We are very thankful and appreciate the multiple employees that were helping us solve the problem. Even when the out of state pharmacy was being rude, they didn't stop trying to help us.

I’ve been using this Walgreens since it opened. (I’ve also lived other places and have used several other pharmacies.) I’ve never had a bad experience with any of the pharmacists. They have always been very helpful. Those working the photo department have also been very helpful (and the print quality is very good). Neither have I had any issues with the cashiers. They may not be chatty (which is ok with me) but I’ve never seen one be rude. They are typically businesslike and efficient, like any other retail business. Of the half-dozen pharmacies I’ve used on a regular basis, none were better than this one.

I am giving 5 stars to this store only because after two failed attempts to get the required passport photos (wrong head orientation or bad quality) from two other stores (one a CVS and an other Walgreen store both of whom had rude staff) Desmond from this store helped me gets the required passport photos I needed. He was extremely patient and kind with me and after a few tries got the correct picture for the requirement specifications and the great quality. I would recommend everyone to come to this store for a passport photos and preferably from Desmond. Thank you Desmond!

The pharmacists are wonderful. There are 2 in particular I look forward to seeing. Talk to them like the are my friends. Very helpful/ informative with my prescriptions. Wouldn't choose any other pharmacy!

Bigger store than the other Walgreens. Very good selection of foods and good freezer section.

Employees are friendly. It's clean. There's no wheelchair accessible elevator, because there's no 2nd floor.

This is for Dan, a pharmaceutical technician, who's worked at N Knoxville Walgreens for years. I've been going there for 15 years, he's been employed there for a number of those years. Behind the pharmacy counter there is nobody better in terms of knowledge, compassion, courtesy and care than Dan. There is always a sense of urgency in his approach to your needs as well!

A good choice for medicine and quick grab and go things

Always go here to pick up prescriptions. Staff is always patient and attentive.
