EMPLOYEE TRYING TO STEEL MY BAG! bath and body works bag my kid was holding, set down to try a shoe on. As I'm talking to the female employee the male employee takes our bag and hides it behind the hall way wall just out of our sight. And we are the only ones in the store all IN ONE LITTLE CORNER And they of like "of we have your bag right here we where not sure it was yours.

I placed an order for 4 items, I only recieved 2 of the 4 items,when I recieved my daughters shoes I had to return them to the store because they were two different colors. I was also double charged for 3 out of the 4 items. I called customer service to see what was up with the other 2 items and they I formed me that it didn't download to there system, I'm still waiting for a refund! Now there saying I was never charged for the other 2 items and it's clearly on my card. Bad customer service.
