Great selection ,picked up online order and found some great deals while in store . Went Christmas shopping this week and Jacobe in men's was Very helpful. Good selection and many options to choose from. Christmas in July sale going on this week. Bought pillows for 3.99 then used an online coupon for 30% more off. Flip flops huge selection are 1.99. Also the store still has workers available to assist shoppers.

Store was clean and organized and well staffed. I had at least 6 employees great me throughout the store. Cashiers were friendly and professional.

All staff members were very nice me and my granddaughters got good deals on jewelry for Valentine's day

Store is fine. Great variety of JC Penneys merchandise as always. Easy returns. Kudos to them for staying open. The mall itself is mostly dead.

Very helpful and associate helped me retrieve an order shipped to the store. Also checked to make sure item was correct. Very nice customer service

Friendly staff and they usually have some great sales and deals going. This visit was focused on the jewelry department. I had ordered an item online and it was defective and broke almost immediately. I did not purchase the additional warranty for the jewelry, so I was nervous about taking the item back to the store. I'm happy to say that the employee who helped me was very helpful and very sweet and I had no problem whatsoever returning the defective piece of jewelry to the store. Unfortunately, I only wanted to exchange for the same item, but wasn't able to due to the fact they didn't carry that item in stores, only online. So they let me do the return without any issues.

This is one of my favorite stores to shop at. There are tons of cute clothes, footwear, and accessories to choose from. They have a Sephora's here as well. Also, their customer service is outstanding! I have a wonderful shopping experience every time I visit!!

Went there today to do some back to school shopping with my daughter. Found some nice clothes and good deals. Was given a 50% off coupon from one of the associates. My daughter lost her iPhone and was very upset. We looked everywhere for it but was doubtful we would ever find it or get it back. I notified one of the associates “Darlene” we had lost it. She took our info and within 20-30 minutes she had it and saved our day! She was great!!

Black Friday sales, stood in line I got a ten dollar gift card, lady age 76, said she got up at four to go out shopping for a microwave she got the 100.00 gift card. . Makes me feel better knowing someone who needed it got it. . Great job JCPenney's. It's always my first stop

Graft prices, Awesome weekly sales. My go to A gift ,a quick outfit , awesome jewelry, Large shoe selections for the entire family. I Haven't purchased any appliances yet, but they look like good quality. I love all the house where items and so happy they bought back coupons so I can save even more. They have friendly staff, But often times at a minimum. I love this store.

I bought 60 dollars worth of merchandise and with discounts I paid 7 bucks! Life is good! One of my favorite stores!!!

Oh my goodness shopping day with Mom and we found 8 tops and 2 blazers and saved well over $250! The store was clean and the racks were neat except there was only one fitting room open all the way across to the other side of the store... Didn't expect to find but one or two things maybe but made out like a bandit!
