When I need bolts and nuts to work on my boats ? I go straight to North side hardware. And all the while I'm driving over there. ( I'm thinking to myself). I hope Gill is there today. He is SO Knowledgeable about everything. SERIOUSLY. He is right on it when I walk in the door. I drive all the way across town to buy my nuts and bolts from Northside hardware. One trip to get the correct parts. 👍

Staff are always helpful when it comes to finding items in the store and suggesting what would be best for the projects I'm working on.

The employees here are always so nice and they are willing to help with whatever they can. I like coming here it's always a quick visit.

I had to find a tool that I could not remember the name of, I knew what it was used for but could not for the life of me name it. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, never made me feel stupid for not being able to name a tool. We were able to find the snap ring pliers that I needed! Highly recommend this location!

Always have odd hardware I need for projects. It's close to me and the staff is great, so it's my go to.

Family owned business usually has whatever I need. Unlike the big stores, the employees know their stock, help me find what I need. They are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful & don’t send me to aisle 5009, a quarter mile away, for me to search diligently for an item that’s nowhere to be found. Their prices are competitive. We’ve shopped at Northside True Value for over 40 years.

Incredible customer service in the hardware store. Small engine department has a very knowledgeable crew, honest service and parts availability. Highly recommended this place if you need any small engine equipment or service.

I needed a spare set of keys for my utv and these keys are hard to come by so I ordered a set of blanks. The people there were willing to cut the keys for me even though the blanks didn’t fit their jig very good they still managed to cut the keys. Awesome customer service!!!!!!

Customer service is by far the best. Picked up our snowblower the next day, called to let me know what they found wrong with it, ordered the part & called to say it was ready. All in 22 days. Ace Hardware/Greenville Cooperative had winterized it & when my husband tried starting it, it wouldn't start. Carburetor was the problem. I highly recommend Northside Hardware

Friendly workers. Good store layout; can usually find everything I need at a reasonable price. The guy went above and beyond for me, he custom cut a small pvc tube for me! It came in long strips, but he measured out the size I needed and helped me out. Thanks man!

Even when they may not have exactly what I need they have alternate solutions or help me look up nearby places that might have what I need, even if it's a competitor. That's what I call amazing customer-focused service, and that's why I come back here as often as possible!
