Apart from that i really dig the vibe and costumer service here. Ive been going there for years now. I tried other places but for me yeah they have bud but they were stale places and almost none of the bud tenders really talked. At Releaf the employees are all social and let you know things they have tried and they really try to get to know a little of what kind of smoker you are so they can best assist you. They want you to have a good experience and you feel that energy.

Great bud tenders, and the check-in was super easy. Unlike some other places, you have to fill out paperwork. EVERY workers are GREAT PEOPLE!!😊💜💜💜

Always great service. The budtenders are super knowledgeable and kind. They let you know the best deals and the vest products. Let them know exactly what you are looking for and they will give you options to choose from...
Great service. Seriously only slightly more expensive than other places nearby. Worth the price. They have a nice variety of products. If you are looking for flower, they have a good selection but not huge. Oils, edibles, etc have a huge selection to choose from.

Gabriel and I had a very pleasant conversation about his name. He directed me to take advantage of a current special that enhanced my purchase experience. Good job Gabriel. Highly recommend this business...variety of merchandise and great customer service. Ask for Gabriel!

I have nothing but good things to say about this location. I did the curbside pick up and it was fast, Efficient and very easy to complete. Their selection is also great. I found the prices to be on line with other stores in the area. Can't wait to go back and try new stuff!!

Eric waited on my friend and I today. He was incredible!!! Very informative. I wanted to get some gummies for chronic pain in my back. He helped me with choosing a couple items. The pain relief was amazing! I haven't been able to stand up straight for quite some time. I'm now able to stand up straight and my pain is very minimal! He definitely knows what he's talking about! What an asset to your company! I can't thank you enough! Oh! and the lady out front was so nice! She really made me feel welcome!

Releaf is absolutely my go to for all I need. I truly believe in customer service and it’s not about how I’ve been treated, but how I have seen the staff interact with customers. There’s always a room full of smiles and from the moment you walk in the door and see Miss Deanna and her beautiful smile light up the room. Jay was my budtender on my last trip and as always he was awesome and made the experience amazing as always. So for your needs or even just info and questions make sure ya stop on by. 💯💯💯

Gabriel is the best budtender. We had such a great experience with him. He is very knowledgeable and knows his stuff! He answered all of our questions professionally and was just an overall great guy!!

So I recently visited the ReLeaf center in Niles at which time I had encountered an employee of theirs named Andrea. I have been to a plethora of dispensaries in many states, However this encounter has outshined the majority of those! Andrea was quite kind ,knowledgeable ,patient and helpful . I left their facility feeling confident and positive. I look forward to a return trip where I hope to be met with such kind helpful individuals!

I have been coming to this dispensary for years, and seriously won't go anywhere else. I've been to others and others don't hold a light to my #1. I can't say enough about how awesome this place is and the staff is always amazing. Even when they are crazy busy they try to move as quickly as they can(remember they are humans, and no reason to get nasty towards them. Hit a j before you come in and relax) :) ordering online is also super easy and you can just pull around back. Great deals as well! Can't make out the name of my budtender but he's ALWAYS a rockstar!!

Rock stars! All of the budtenders! I drive almost 4 hours just for this location. Last visit I had the pleasure of working with Ingrid, she was so extremely knowledgeable (which I am not!), and also met a trainee, the two of them together.. WOW! I've never learned so much in such a short time! Can't wait until I can afford another road trip to Niles.
