After driving 15 minutes from Mackinaw city, you will turn off a gravel road and find a home with several large sheds and you might start wondering if this place is legit. Trust me, it is. This family business holds more selection of high quality PPE then most big box stores. And the owners know their sh*t. They come from a lifetime of experience in blue collar work, and they know their customers. They'll take as much time as it takes to make sure you get the right gear and the right fit, no matter your size/gender/belly/butt. The store itself is beautifully built, but still has the feeling of hanging out in a garage, so it's easy to feel comfortable here, especially once you meet the owners. They are caring, conversational, and community-focused. This store is one of a kind.

Very interesting and nice experience, the owner is very much hands on as far as trying to accommodate the right fit for you whether it is boots or jeans, she is a no holds barred kind of gal and tells it to you straight . Definitely will go back .. Has lots of Carhart selections and Ariat as well.

Shannon once again did a great job with her outstanding salesmanship. I still chuckle over the first time she fitted me for boots. She asked me what size boots I wore and I replied a 15 M. Her response was no way are you a 15 and for me to sit down and let her measure my feet properly. The next thing out of her mouth was “ look everybody my first size 15 boot sales.” She managed to squeeze $100.00 plus out of my pocket today.

Great family business and outstanding customer service. It is rare to find a business person who knows their products this well. If you need Carharrt gear or especially fire retardant gear, make the trip to Levering MI. It will be well worth the drive.

First time there. Nice people, very friendly and willing to help. Just like us self employed people, going the extra mile and sharing a smile. I dropped off boots, that I didn't buy there, to be resouled and they were fabulous. Very friendly, fun, and helpful. We'll definitely be back.

Shannon Redding does a great job of explaining the ins and outs of her stores clothing. They sell carhartt in a store that's a little hard to find. I went with a local. I get lost in small buildings.

I don't think I have ever been in a store where they cared as much about customer service and satisfaction. Shannon does her very best to make sure that what you buy is the best fit for you and best suits your needs.

She fitted our daughter for her lineworkers class last year and provided coupons for the kids. We will be using her again.
