I was greeted at the store during opening by Valerie and she helped me find a dress. I bought a dress early in the day and then had to come back to exchange it and she was so helpful! I ended up walking out with a whole outfit with shoes, accessories, a bag, and lashes for the amount I paid for the original dress. I really appreciate you Valerie you made my day so much better! This girl deserves a raise 🎊❤

Came in tonight looking for a dress for my daughters dance. The two lady’s working were amazing!! Very helpful, and friendly! We will be returning again, also recommending to others!

I never post about retail employees because in this day and age they typically are on auto pilot and you don’t really connect with them. Valerie is the best employee I’ve had interactions with in what feels like a decade!!! You folks at Windsor should be more than grateful to have someone like this working here. She made me feel encouraged, warm, welcomed and deserve significant recognition for her passionate attitude

Walked in at 5:40 and was told we can't come in to shop even after being told they close at 6 over the phone. Horrible customer service will not be returning! Key to good business is happy customers

They are very rude. They won’t answer the phone and when they do someone hangs up right away. I bought a choker set and one of the necklaces latches are broken. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

ordered my homecoming dress at the register because they didn’t have my size in store, dress won’t come in time because the lady ordering it for me assumed i wanted everyday shipping instead of asking me. wasn’t aware that i could even choose my own shipping until another employee asked which shipping i picked & told me it would take up to 10 days to arrive. i’m very unhappy that i have to search for a different dress now, last time i will ever trust anyone to order for me again. if i had been given the choice i would’ve picked the quickest option!
