Love this branch always a warm welcoming face.
The other day I was in need of a notary. I worked with Dawn she was quite patient with my lack of knowledge and the difficulty of the other party involved. She went above and beyond to assist me. I was most grateful!!

Everyone there is friendly and helpful especially the loan and loss prevention departments. Even with a moderate credit score I was treated fairly and quickly and got a very good rate.

Ive been with PFCU long before they were PFCU. They always answer my calls with a helpful tone and willingness to assist. Ive yet to have a bad experience with them. I recently contacted a loan agent and Dawn went above and beyond helping me. She was not only super nice and funny, but she also took the time to explain to me what I didn't understand and answer any questions without hesitation. Even though I live in PA now, I'm still going to stick with PFCU in Corunna/Durand/Flint MI as my credit union because of the amazing customer support and low interest deals.

Dawn is amazing!!! She has worked with me the past 6 years to repair my credit score. Now I have credit cards, a line of credit and a beautiful Buick Encore...THANK YOU DAWN!!!

I came into the bank and every employee was smiling and in a great mood. The employee Tamika who helped me went above and beyond to help me with a cashier check, getting my account reset, and make sure I was logged in and could excess my account through my phone! Give these women a raise! Top notch service!
