South Valley Estates

My grandma recently purchased a trailer in this neighborhood. Ali the park manager was beyond friendly, kind, and helpful every step of the way through the entire process. She made the transition into her new home an easy and seamless process. She was available to help at any time of day to help with any issues that had come up in a timely manner. She went above and beyond and we are grateful for her continued help as she moves in. We are happy that such an nice person is just a phone call away for her should any other issues arise!

We are so happy we brought our home in South Valley Estates. It is a great community, great neighbors and we really feel safe. Katie Holcombe did a great job helping us thru the buying process without making us feel pressured.

I've lived in the park for almost a year now and it's very nice, quiet neighborhood. Yards are always kept up on. Management is very friendly and helpful.
