First time in here, owner was very friendly. Lots of stock from glass to Kratom to juice. Nice shop. Salt Nic selection was a little light but the price was great! Will be coming back

You know what I wont go into detail but there was something wrong with the juice I received that I bought from here. When I called and told the manager what happened and they fixed it no questions asked. Awesome on you guys for not screwing me!

Have everything I need

Have been debating whether to leave this review for several weeks. If I could give zero stars I would. Been doing business here since they first opened. Bought a $40 grinder several weeks ago got it home used it once and couldn’t get it apart. Called that same day and talked to an employee. He said he couldn’t do anything because he was just “ a pee on” but to call back or come in on Friday and talk to John the owner which I did and he was sure that he would make things right. Brought the grinder in and he had to struggle but eventually got it open. Refused to refund my money but would give me half off another grinder? Really? Granted the receipt says no refunds or returns what was I supposed to do? Bring my product into the store and test the grinder before I bought it? I’m sure that wouldn’t fly. So, I took the grinder to a Labor Day party with over 100 people there. All the young guys tightened it down and guess what? Not ONE could get it open without a struggle! Sound like maybe a defective product John? Being a young business owner I hope you eventually gain the perspective that good customer service will get you everywhere in regards to the survival of your business and the ability to admit you’re wrong once in a while. Guess I’ll give Smokers Palace my business from now on.

After being open only a few months, the quality of products at least as far as glass has changed to shifty at best. Bought a nectar collector, worked great, paid a decent price of 25$. Went to buy another a few weeks later, it didn't come with the clip to hold the nail and I had to pay an additional 3$ for a cheap plastic clip that should've came in the box. It' so generic that this second collector doesn't even have a label/brand! On top of that I went to use it and it's extremely wasteful and doesn't hold heat like the first nectar collector I bought. The store owner obviously didnt care that these new collectors were low quality but the same price without the clip! Won't be returning. Back to Rick's I go!
