Carnen took a screw out of my tire,pumped it up and is always personable.I saw another person recommend him on Greenville Watch also.This time he pointed out I needed new wipers although I only expected to get an oil change,it snowed today so was very glad they worked so well.Even though he was eager to leave on vacation, he took the extra time to do it.

Camron was very intelligent in diagnosing our trouble and resolved the issue right away. I would recommend his shop any day Gary Willett.He took the extre effort to get our vhicles done in a timely manner .this was done many times agan.and again I would recommend his shop to do my work 10x

I have a hard time trusting mechanics so when my brother (a mechanic) recommended M and G Automotive I knew I was in good hands. They were able to fit me into their schedule within a week of calling and the repair was lighting fast. This is a mechanic you can trust, who is fair and has reasonable prices. I am highly satisfied with my vehicle's repair at M and G Automotive.

M&G Automotive earned my trust and is the definition of what a 5 star business should be! Let me start off by saying I'm new to the area and wanted to find a reputable mechanic. Well, after some quick Googling I found this highly rated shop with 4.9 stars and 139 reviews at the time. Definitely an easy decision to give them a try.

I called and spoke with Trent over the phone to inquire about getting my brakes looked at due to a creaking noise coming from the front at low speeds when braking. I was glad to hear they could look at my car the very next day, and I dropped it off in the morning before they opened (key drop slot on the door).

Later that morning Carmen called me to discuss what they found. As I expected, all four brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced (pads were down to 2mm), but the noise was coming from some odd flat spot I believe. He also suggested a handful of other 100k mile services that I respectfully declined, as I had done most of them myself at home already.

Carmen was very patient with me over the phone and answered all my questions about what parts they would use and their labor rates. I was happy to hear they only use premium parts, and the labor rates varied based on the age of the car. This was the first time I heard this, but it made sense because older cars generally have more rust that make them harder to work on!

They were able to complete the brake job by the end of the day, and when I came to pick up the car I found out they also included some sort of roadside assistance package which was very nice.

So a day or so went by and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a follow up text from Carmen on the work they did. This was also a first I never heard of before from a mechanic. At the time I hadn't do any highway driving since the repairs - so everything seemed fine. Then the weekend came and I realized there was a slight shimmy at 75mph! It must have been from the work they did because prior to the brake job there was no shimmy.

The next morning I replied back to Carmen about the shimmy and the next day, with no questions asked, they were able to check it out. Turns out the front left tire was out of balance and they made the necessary adjustments. I was worried the whole time they would charge me for the follow up visit, but they did not! Which is what I expected since the car didn't have a shimmy prior to the brake job.

My experience using M&G Automotive was very impressive, and I will certainly be returning in the future for repairs and automotive advice!

I have always had a great experience when going to M&G Automotive. Carmen is very polite and informative. He is always willing to help and gives great options to choose from. He checked my car out when I had first purchased it 8 years ago. I had 73,000 miles then and at present 204,000+ and my Chevy Impala runs great and always has!! I had a fantastic experience with Carmen. My car was making horrible noises, and he was very direct and transparent with the repairs. He sent me photos of the work needed, and I was given up front pricing for everything. The work was done faster than anticipated! Carmen made sure I knew and understood everything along the way. He was professional, understanding, and did great work. I would recommend this place a thousand times over, and this is where I’m taking my car from now on.

Carmen was referred to me by a reliable source. I was told he is the “best around.” He was amazing! Not only did he diagnose and fix my immediate issue, but he also found errors made by previous mechanics like missing screws and corrected those issues too. Customer service was outstanding. I can count the number of mechanics I trust on one pinky finger. Carmen has been amazing to us, and we only go to him. He stands by his work, if you have a problem, he will make it right.

I once spent over $2000 on an electrical problem on my car before I started going to Carmen. The other mechanic never fixed it. Carmen found out what was wrong, and fixed it for $40.

Very good customer service skills, and he explains things well. He isn't like most mechanics trying to squeeze every last Nickle and dime. He keeps your budget in mind when fixing your vehicle. Go to M&G, you'll never go anywhere else.

I've been going here for years. The owner is the most honest and friendliest person I've ever dealt with. Carmen always calls and explains the work that needs to be done before any repairs are started. You wont be disappointed with the prices or the work. I would never go back to big box repair shops. Give this place a chance and you'll be a customer for ever.
