Barnes & Noble

While I enjoy smaller or independent bookstores more, it is obviously a nice to have in Flint. So many malls do not have any sort of bookstore in their malls and we have this. I love going in and looking at books. It's always clean, always a huge selection, friendly staff. I know sometimes they can be gotten cheaper from other places and I will confess, I do sometimes to save money, but I will be sad if this place ever closes.

I haven't been here before. I came for the first time Saturday. With Christmas eve the next day , it was busy. I really liked it. Big selection on mystery, poetry, psychology, and etc. There is a Starbucks in it but it doesn't sell food like breakfast sandwiches. Great selection of magazines also. I brought a Newsweek Kobe Bryant edition for my son as a gift. It's really nice in there. Friendly staff.

A wonderful bookstore with a variety of books. I would rather buy my books 📚 at this store than online at Amazon. The coffee shop is a nice place to drink a cup of ☕ coffee, have a cookie 🍪 and review your purchases. I will miss talking to the previous manager of the store, Jenner. I know he moved on to another location, but he was always so helpful and friendly to us when we were shopping and looking for books in the store.

I come to Barnes and Noble a lot with my daughter. Always very friendly and accommodating staff. Pretty clean and tidy. They are constantly reorganizing books. Star bucks makes it homey and smell good in there too. A few books I wanted to remember. They stack books on the floor in some areas but it's organized still and I dig it. 😎

Employees were helpful in finding what we needed. The store is huge with kids nooks in the children's areas. They had vinyl 🖤 albums!! There was a Starbucks cafe and they also carry Cheesecake Factory whole cheesecakes! Free WiFi. Soooo much to look at and buy... toys, collectibles, games, puzzles, book, music, electronics, gifts ..... I attached pics of my walk around the store.
I love this store and wish they hadn't closed the one nearer to us.

I can spend hours here. I wish they still had the comfy arm chairs. The café is great. I never have a problem getting help finding what I'm looking for and have even gotten some great recommendations from workers!

very clean and a great selection of different material. they have great books as well as novelties and media. I wish there was a bigger selection of hard cover books. the cafe is nice as well. there's also a great selection of puzzles. they're LGBTQ+ friendly which is a bonus

It is always a pleasant experience browsing the books and games. The stock is always changing. I love shopping the clearance tables!

I Love this book store. There is nothing like a book in your hands. The feel of the pages. They have a cafe. It is a fun place to explore

I love Barnes and Noble. So many categories and so many items in addition to books that are of quality.

Nice place to grab a good book. Years ago it use to have a lounge are but now it only Starbucks sitting area

If you love books this is your store!!! They have every book you can think of! We took 2 three year old girls and they had a blast looking at all the things in the store. They had a hard time choosing what they wanted because their was so many choices!!!

One of the last places people gather around physical literature. Will be sad when the stores are gone

I love this place there was so much manga I couldn't choose but in the end I got 1 and 2 of twilight out of focus

Very clean and quiet. The staff are really helpful and enthusiastic about reading and most things nerdy. The Starbucks inside is nice as well and there's plenty of seating for drinking and reading

The staff was very helpful. They had put aside a book that I called about. And they had another book that I was looking for.

Great book store. Every genre you could want. Also great accessories, games, stationery. Also has a coffee shop.

It is nice to be able to go into a book store and browse the aisles. You discover new books and authors to read every time. A real bookstore is much better than online.
