Last week, (April 2024) I was missing a prescription. Sierra, made a special delivery to my house on her way home from work. She is an exceptional employee, and knows her patients well.

The staff & pharmacist here have went above & BEYOND for myself & my son since he was an infant. They even deliver our meds right to our doorstep for no extra fee. They’ve stayed open after hours if I was late trying to pick up a prescription that I needed. Everyone is so helpful & so friendly. I quit going to any corporate pharmacies such as Walgreens or Rite Aid & I’ll never go back to them as long as Binsons is around.

I want to give a heartfelt thanks to the respitory staff. Sandy, Shannon, and Jessica took the time to get my issue resolved, and it has instantly made a dramatic improvement in my quality of life! They all were very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. The amount of concern and effort that they put in to helping me was tremendous, and truly appreciated, I am so very thankful! 😊 It's hard to find that level of commitment these days, but they all displayed it excellently!

I love this pharmacy! They contact me when my meds are ready and deliver for free. Everyone is always friendly on the phone, and I like using a local company- you're not just a number here.

While an online ordering system would be appreciated, Binsons Miller Road is a great pharmacy. Friendly, helpful staff, and same day/next day delivery. For free!

Very polite and delivers on time

The pharmacy & the boutique lady were polite and very helpful after my c-section. I had a relative pick up two scripts. However this is going on during covid-19. Paul s that was retriving my items was very difficult and rude. Which is a shame because everyone else was so helpful.

I had an appointment scheduled with Respiratory at 3 pm yesterday after waiting over 45 days to be seen and was told that they were going to give me a different product than the one prescribed. Simply because they did not have it in stock and that my insurance sucks. They informed me that my insurance sucks because they wont cover the item after the initial order . So, I asked if you do not have my original order in stock and my insurance wont cover after the initial submission how will I get my originally ordered supplies? She replied , "you wont." So I requested my prescription and seeking services with another company. 1. Why did services take so long. 2. My prescription has been in your system since June, why not order what I was prescribed. 3. How disrespectful to offer your unsolicited opinion about my coverage 4. Try to give me something not prescribed and also not offer a solution? Rude, unethical and unprofessional.

I still HAVE NOT HEARD from the company. Four phone calls that were left in a four week period. NO-ONE has responded. I am about to go in there and sit until I get an answer. I feel they lost the order. If so, have the guts to call me, apologize and request I come back to be fitted instead of ignoring a month of phone calls!!!

Told me my script would be ready in 5 minutes & it became a half hour
