Staff was very friendly and helpful as soon as I entered the store. Store was meticulously clean and well laid out. Staff member helped me figure out what insert I needed. Inventory seems to be an issue but that's not the stores fault.

Seamless. The shoes I wanted were out of stock &:was told it would be 1 1/2 weeks. I tried on a similar pair & they felt great so I bought those instead. I was taken care of very well at the Flint store

This is my second time purchasing work boots at this location. Everytime has been a great experience. I wanted to try a different style of work boots this time so I asked a ton of questions. Everyone question was answered with detail.

It was well staff was pleasant but I was interested in another pair of boots but wanted a 6” insulated boot but most of your boots are not insulated and with a soft toe.

Very knowledgeable staff. They made it easy to try different boots and were very friendly.i was in and out in no time but didn't feel rushed.

Love this place bought my first pair of boots here lasted over 10 years. Now I have 2 son's who buys there foundry boots here. Thank you for all of these wonderful years. I hope to have many generations of my children and grandchildren to buy these boot.

They treated me well when I went in today to get a new pair of boots after I had my foot ran over by a 2 ton truck and luckily walked away with bruises and a swollen foot.

The salesman went above and beyond, he didn't have the boots I wanted in my size so he arranged for them to be delivered to my house so that I didn't have to drive back to pick them up

Take it from a veteran backpacker and hiker of over 50 years, there is no better hiking boot better than the sewn welt heavy duty trailblazer model 878. I've gone thru those higher priced European brands and bonded welt boots like Bic pens, Irish Setter boots outlast, outwear and remain waterproof by far. And this store is by far the best for customer service and complimentary swag! Thank You for the socks and mink oil which the total was the same as the boots alone with the discount. You have a customer for life.

Great products, BE VERY CLEAR ABOUT WHAT YOURE USING YOURE BOOTS FOR. they will get you in a pair that is best fit. I had smoked a pair of Irish setters in two months. Came in, DUSTIN LEWIS, the manager, heard me out, and directed me to the boot that was better suited for my industry. No muss no fuss. Keeping clients happy and workers working. Thanks yall. I have been coming here for at least 20 years for foot wear and leather conditioning products. Although Red Wing isn’t quite the boot it used to be the service at this store has always been too notch. I recently had a pair of boots resoled and it was easy as pie. Didn’t even take two weeks to get my boots back. They look great almost like new. Luckily I have been wearing the same boot for decades now and they haven’t changed so where or how they make them because I like to buy the USA made boots if I’m gonna pay good money for a boot. And when I’m ready to buy a pair this is where I go and they have always taken great care of me.
