The store exceeded my expectations tonight, I went there to exchange a switch I had bought my son for Christmas that didn't end up working from another store and upon looking at the box and packaging we saw that the other store really messed up my order and these guys tonight went above and beyond to help me get this fixed and I even got a better deal! Thank you so much for helping me and getting this problem fixed and making my son's Christmas a little brighter

I hadn't gone out on Black Friday for years but did for the grandkids. The store had a great vibe both shoppers and staff. So unlike places I had experienced years before when I said NOPE to doing it EVER again. Being BF of course they were busy but I was approached right away! And while shopping they made an announcement to the shoppers and being that I replied first I got more money off along with the $20 off I had! I walked out with two bags full for all 4 grandkids for under $25! I pointed out who had helped me and found out the young person was just a "maintenance/stock person" only hired for the holidays! I told them I guess they saw that I needed help so they helped me. I was super impressed and will definitely go next Christmas!

Absolutely the Best service i have had at a game stop!! I usually shop the Owosso location, but after some horrible experiences, I will now only shop at the Flint store! Top notch knowledge and helped my son find exactly what he wanted!!

Helpful and kind to a person who knows nothing about videos games.

I've never had a bad experience at this store. The staff are always friendly and if they aren't that busy they will stay and talk with you. It's usually very clean and of course during the winter salt gets everywhere. The store itself is going through a little bit of remodeling of a case but staff always top notch.

I got my white oled switch and a few games. Ended up getting back to my friends house and saw that the games I bought weren't in the cases! Called back immediately and they pulled the games I bought so I could come back and pick them up when I had time. Very friendly staff and very well stocked gamestop compared to most of the ones in Lansing.

Came in with my 5 year old son and they were GREAT with him! Gave him some Marvel pins. Helped him pick out his first Mario game. Super friendly. I recommend!

Store associates were very friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain what membership entailed what, and were kind enough to help my friend pick out the best version of a game for her console.

We had an issue with a game console we bought our grandson for Christmas. We took it back the day after Christmas and they were great about helping us with the return and purchase of a new (different) game console and picking out kid friendly game's for our grandson. He's young and this is his 1st video game. Thank you to the guy's at Gamestop in Flint, MI for all your help.

I'm a big fan of this store. My interactions are always quick and easy. They are willing to listen to my endless rambling. They are well stocked with a bunch of different items and accessories other stores simply don't have.

The one stop shop for all your gaming needs. Get a membership with them and you get discounts on top of discounts! All used items are at a discounted price to start with but members get an additional 10% off the discounted price. There's a 7 day return police on all used merchandise.

Today, my boyfriend and I went into Game Stop to buy the PS4 Black Ops 3 bundle and sell our old system and games. I just wanted to say I was a difficult customer to deal with because of the situation and different items I had that I was trading in and the manager Heather was so understanding and professional about the whole situation. She took care of my boyfriend and I, we left the store very satisfied. Sorry for being difficult Heather and thanks for making our experience a good experience.

Love this 50/50 store they have the coolest collectables. Staff are friendly and accommodating and the merch is reasonable priced my go to shop for the latest funko pops and newest game drops.

Plus there selection is ALOT bigger then the one in grand blanc and the one off center rd

They do their best to help a customer out. Even though my boyfriend has a different opinion of this place I don't. And I'm very sorry about his rude and unkind behavior

Sarah was very helpful. I had questions and she had answers. Spent time in the store and even with a lot of merchandize it was very clean!

My son prefers to come here and get his games better variety and good prices. Returns have been easy. We will shop there in the future
