My husband is a driver. I would like to speak of the company personally. My husband was injured on the job (complete accident involving no others) and they met him with complete support, compassion, and kindness even speaking to me well into the night. They have also been extremely kind and understanding with compassion when family emergencies arise at home. The faith and love of God and his word shines through in this company continually and Strong by your side when needed. I appreciate them greatly. And I am proud my husband works here.

I feel working at kuperus trucking is great and wonderful company to work for. The equipment (Trucks and trailers) are in really good shape. They have great machanics and Dispatch and office personal as well. So any of you drivers out there, i would like to ask you to come and check out the company and see for yourself i really feel that you will like it here to as well.

Good place to work it's nice to be talked to by name and not a number very family oriented very good at getting off for doc appointments or other family needs the shop is very quick at handling issues with the trucks you will encounter issues it's trucking and there are no perfect companies out there. HR manager is very accommodating and thourough, helps run a tip top staff, which makes working there so much easier.

I've worked for Kuperus Trucking for the past 7 plus years. They stayed by me through multiple surgeries. Worked with me while recovery from these surgeries, to insure uninterrupted health care coverage. Our trucks have extensive areodynamic packages to maximize fuel savings. The office folks are pleasent and seem very competent. Dispatch-in my opinion the hardest job in trucking, tries very hard to accommodate drivers i.e. Doctor's appointments, vacation planning, last minute dental crises etc. Our trucks are relatively small and governed at 60mph. I'm 6'2" and a pretty "big boy", I have enough room for what I need, and to tell you the truth, I like not thinking about a speeding ticket! Our fleet is well maintained and the mechanics are very responsive to issues that invariably come up in trucking. The only thing I can complain about is that there is no Kuperus bowling team.

Love working here great people in the office and dispatch mechanics know there stuff and some of the drivers are great to talk to as well love the paid holidays home and weekends home over all a real great company to work for

Fantastic Company

I have worked for other trucking companies, some of which were not very pleasant. Have been employed at Kuperus Trucking for 4 1/2 years and plan to stay another 3 1/2 years, Lord willing. The yard facilities are adequate, mechanics do a good job keeping trucks prepared for the road, the job assignments are decent, the at home time is fine, time off for dr. appts etc is generous, support staff are pretty helpful. For the most part working at Kuperus is like working at any trucking company: you will like some of it and probably not like some of it, but that is the way trucking works. All-in-all, I am happy to work at Kuperus.

As far as trucking companies go that I’ve worked for this has been by far the best. Dispatch knows you by name and not a number. The shop is always there to help out with your needs and can you say free truck washes. The loads we do are all good paying runs and they try to work with your needs to make sure you have what you need. I’ve worked with these guys for a few years now and this is the first time I’ve felt like I’m home.
