Great place for all your smoking needs and accessories. Great people and atmosphere! Cannabis Specialist: 37335 was very helpful and knowledgeable. I forgot his name but he was very cool to talk with and got us in and out and wasn't rushed even though it was busy. Great experience! Would definitely recommend!

We came on a Saturday and ordered online for pick up in the store. The estimated time for our orders to be processed was 70 minutes. We arrived 70 minutes later and still waited an extra hour before we were called to go inside. Even though the general experience was irritating because we had to just wait in the lobby, the receptionist was EXCELLENT! She was so sweet and greeted everyone with a smile. She truly was awesome and needs a raise or promotion! Once we got inside, we waited some more and then were called to the register. Unfortunately, my boyfriend’s order was missing two items but we were able to add those onto my order so everything worked out. My order was ready but I never got an email that it was ready to pick up until we were literally outside the store. I still want to give this business 5 stars even though we were kind of miserable standing around because I could tell that all the employees were working so hard.

Love this place! The line is murder but that speaks volumes about tyw service and product. What can I say, this is one of the lost important stops.

This trip started out late from Columbus Ohio but when I arrived to HOD, I was welcomed with such kindness and open doors. I did get there close to closing time and my bud tender, (51396) was just so nice. I gave her freedom to pick some things for me and I had specific items as well. I was not disappointed and I will definitely be back! Thanks to everyone who worked on March2, 2024 everyone, I mean everyone was so helpful! They were tired and ready to go home but you couldn’t tell by the service I was given. Thanks and I’m referring anyone I can to come to HOD!

Good deals and a friendly very helpful staff. Quality products and well worth shopping here. I love the prerolls here and cannabis and my cat Saul love to chew on plastic bags. I guess h.o.d. Has the best. I will keep coming back. UPDATE the prickly pear jeeter is awesome. So are their ounces of prerolls are convenient and killer. A great place to get your meds.

This was my first time at any dispensary. I was blown away at the selection! Talking with the staff was like talking to friends ive know my whole life. The whole atmosphere was great. The gentleman who helped me was awesome. He was very polite and friendly and had instant answers for all my questions. Made me feel very comfortable. I’ll definitely be going back. The level of security always makes me feel safe, and the deals are always amazing. I would highly recommend this over the others that I have tried in monroe. The staff is always smiling and always helps me find just what I need. If I could give it more stars I would.

The music is always great here later at night, the staff are some of the kindest and most patient people ever. Dane in particular is always very helpful and puts up with a lot, if anyone ever makes a mistake he always does his best to fix it and help this place run smoothly. Last time I was there a lady had an issue and was getting very loud and disrupting and Dane took care of it and kept a level head while working behind the counter. One of the best managers I've ever seen

This was my first time coming to House of Dank and it was a nice easy experience. The guy, Kristian who helped us did a great job and was patient about us having to leave to get cash. He helped us right when we got back once he was done with his current customer. They have really good deals. I’d come here again for sure!

I can tell as soon as I walk in that it's very well organized. Very modern and upbeat. Also the lounge in the front has really nice designer end tables and chairs. You can tell that this place cares about presentation. Their prices are comparable to everyone else...not to high not to low. Clean. What stands out most is how organized it was. We were in and out under 30 minutes!!! We will see u all again.
