Well I returned to the fair yesterday for my third and final time this year and had another wonderful day. I took several photos which I will share here. The AMAZING wood sculptures really grabbed my attention along with the many other various exhibits and amenities. I definitely over ate, having 2 Italian Sausages, a Hot Beef Sandwich, an Ice Cream from the Good Humor Truck, a Pepsi, a Cold Bud Light, and a Cold bottle of water, all during our course of my day. Once again, it's a great day for all ages and I encourage everyone to bring the whole family to enjoy all of the various animals and activities. I can't wait for next years fair. A very strong Well Done to all who make this annual event possible.

I always enjoy the Monroe County Fair and this year was no different. I've already been there twice this year and will be going one final time again tomorrow. It's fun for all ages and is packed with many things to see and do for every age group. Plenty of parking available with the largest crowds on the weekend.

First visit to this location from Irish Hills area. Attended craft show in Expo Hall on 12/10/23 for Holiday gift shopping. Crowd and vendors were very pleasant and friendly. Vendors ranged from antiques to men's & women's clothing boutiques, locally made: gluten-free pantry, bakeries, candies, holiday greenery, jewlery, and nice variety of quality & unique handmade items. Plus pics with the best SANTA & MRS. CLAUS! Food truck selection was super. We'll be back for other events.

We always enjoy coming to the Fair every year. Not so much for the rides, but for all of the other interesting stuff there. My Daughter loves going to the livestock barns to see all of the different animals, and look at all of the 4H projects that the kids have done. We also like the Fair History museum that they have there. Very cool to see how much things have changed since the Fair started up. The food selection is always great. So many options to choose from. It was a little inconvenient that some of the food trucks were cash only. We don't like carrying a lot of cash at the fair. At night we like walking down the midway to check out the rides all lit up. It's a nice way to round out the day. We usually try to make it to the Fair at least twice while its going on. It's worth the price if admission just for all of the free entertainment. We weren't too keen on the fact that ride wristbands were $30.00, and after 10pm, the rides took tickets only. With such high prices for ride wristbands, it's hard for a family with 2 or more kids to justify paying that much. I understand that rides are going to be a little on the expensive side, but at $30.00, they are making a killing off of what they charge. On a side note The Flying Wallendas tightrope act was amazing. Best part of our whole day

Great fair! General admission $6 adults, $3 kids 6-12 and kids 5&under free. Parking is included. Daily specials.

Plenty of restrooms. 4-H and open class items. Always love to see the animals and craft items. Midway is nice and there are ride specials. The games are $5 from what I saw.
Nightly events in the grandstand.

Events and things to see throughout. Vendors and shows.

Clean grounds too.

Went to the fairgrounds for the auto swap meet and car show. Had a good time, and it was a good way to spend my birthday and support local people!

I've been here numerous times for different events. I looooove that they have parking attendants for most of the events, those guys are rockstars!
The grounds are usually very clean, well secured, and organized.

The Monroe County Fair is the best in the world. I have attended dozens of times since I was a small child and will continue to go every year. The food is always fresh and hot. I love the lemonade shake-ups. The animal displays are always fun the visit with a new herd every year. The rides have a huge variety that covers from very young to the old. Special days make entry free or reduced.

Always great fun, it's a great experience. Food fare covers everything from deep-fried cheese to homemade pies. Vendors have everything from Legos to home improvement. Finally, you have the animals and the 4H club judging. Love seeing it all!

I love the Monroe County fair. It is a nice small town fair that is always a good time. They always use the same vendors who are pretty good. It has very good fair food. A lot of events from Monster trucks, demolition derby various artist and a ton of other events. I also love the MBT Exhibit building all the events and shows they have throughout the year. I will say I am always surprised when it comes to Shipshewana on the road event they always have vendors selling counterfeit items. I know 2-3 years ago the sheriff's department did a bust at it. However last year I saw more obvious counterfeit goods. The Rv show is my favorite along with the dog show. I find the gun and knife show to be over priced. But hey check out the fair for a good time and visit the expo center for one of their many events.

Everything was fantastic. One amazing young woman who owns 2 of the miniature horses was so sweet. She talked to us about how she raised them since birth. She was so proud of her babies. It warmed my heart ❤

The fairs back. Time to get your lemonade and your elephant ears. Look at awesome cars and rv's that u could straight up live in. They had baby goats and a whole bunch more animals. Even some exotic ones. Good times
