Public Table

The public table reminded me of going to a small town in Europe. Very welcoming and I believe it was next to a German restaurant! We got seated outside. The host/waiter/waitress and food runner was great! They all checked in often and wanted to be sure my friend and I had everything we needed. So the service was top notch! The food quality was great! Wish the specials were not out but, it’s all good always another visit! The ambiance was great. They had lived music and a bubble machine going. For me this is a highly recommend for anyone that wants shareable food and a peaceful environment!

Excellent Milwaukee farm to table restaurant. We sat in the lovely outdoor patio. Our server Ryan was awesome. We had duck flatbread, Public Table nachos, Wisconsin Meadows beef sliders and bread pudding. Our waiter brought us some fresh cucumber with Hawaiian black salt. The food was delicious. The portions were easily shareable. The bread pudding was to die for. The prices were reasonable. For each meal purchased, Public Table donates to the Milwaukee Hunger Task Force. We will definitely be back.

Very nice place with fantastic food! High quality menu items, all locally sourced. Food is served as plates to share...large portions! Quality of ingredients is evident, and the flavor combinations are incredible! Best part is that part of their profits go to hunger task force.
Their cocktail menu is also high quality. Lots of variety of spirits in their house cocktails. Got the gin drink, it had orange curacao, elderflower tonic, and rosemary garnish.
Highly recommend their deals, wednesday their 9.75 nachos are 5$ and I don't remember other nights but all were great!

Excellent! We came with a group and ordered much of the menu to share. Everything was delicious. The service was great as well. The space is very cute. Overall, outstanding. Can't wait to come back!

Public Table is a hidden gem for a late Sunday brunch outdoors. They work with local providers to reduce their carbon footprint and offer tasty choices to boot. The scent of BBQ sauce permeates the air and entices you before you've even been seated. The menu is vegetarian friendly, but also offers enough meat selections to add to dishes, as well as some served with a specific protein, to satisfy the carnevors out there. Flavor-filled plates are on the smaller side, but quite delicious. The mimosa flight of four mini juice/champagne combos serves as a delectable indulgence for one, but also might be fun to share.

The service was quick and friendly. The patio, which is shared with Kegel's Inn, offers plenty of tables with umbrellas in a large, spread out area.

Everything was so good! I think the Flatbread and the pulled pork side were my favorite! Great atmosphere, friendly staff!

I was a little skeptical about their vegan offerings but I was pleasantly surprised with the 4 fully vegan options that did not need modification. The nachos were so good, the outside seating is comfortable and not too close together. Definitely need to try their other vegan options! The waitress was super friendly as well, made it for a good first time dinner there and won't be the last .

Food was phenomenal, staff were friendly and accommodating. I really enjoyed my meal and will be coming back. They even donate money to the hunger task force with every meal.

#westallis to say West Allis needed a place like this might be the understatement of the century. Such a nice concept for people that want a more modern dining experience. But the place is so friendly and the staff is so nice anybody is welcome. So to all you West Allis citizens get out and support this fine place

Great dinner and brunch. Dinner is "small plates" style, but they are hardley small. Really wonderful dishes in this small but varied menu. Brunch is an even smaller menu but has something for everyone (really good bennies). All of this at a steal of a price which still helps the hunger task force. The prices here could be raised and still be a wonderful experience. Highly recommend everyone to check out this place for any meal!

We had a tasty dinner. Would come back for brunch and to drink with a group. Good bottles are reasonably priced.

This place was excellent, the staff was attentive but not overbearing and the food was very good; loved that they were happy to make vegan accommodations

This "hole in the wall" style restaurant has everything you need for a nice night out with your significant other. Enjoy a nice eco friendly meal and relax with a hot towel when you are done. Sure it's a little cooky, but you like cooky, and you know it.

Excellent service, food was fantastic. We sat out on the porch with our dog! Very nice, would come back :)

Delicious locally sourced small plates with an impressive tap list (including beer, kombucha, coffee, champagne and nitro Manhattan). Cute atmosphere and community dining format. Great service.

Excellent experience! Sophisticated menu with enough diversity for everyone in the group to find something. Great cocktails, beers, salad, and love those vegan nachos even for non-vegans! I also took home some local chocolates. Thank you to the wonderful staff.

Really good food. Place changes menu with season. Has excellent nachos if they still have them. Must visit.

4.5. Solid. Our meal was great. The service awesome. We ordered the salad, Brie flatbread, sliders and duck tacos. The duck tacos were just okay. Plenty of other amazing options. Highly recommended.

Love the food!! The staff is amazing from the bar crew to Johnny from the kitchen.
