A great selection of Living Room furniture, Bedroom furniture and mattresses, and Dining table/chairs. If you need a La-Z-Boy recliner, this is definitely the store for you.

Their prices are reasonable. Over the years, I have purchased several pieces of furniture and a mattress from them. I have always been happy with their selection, staff, and service.

We have been buying furniture and bedding from Godwin's for the last 10 years. The customer service has been great! Just recently purchased cocktail table, end tables, etc. and had a problem with the cocktail table that had a broken roller. Dennis the service tech is great! He came out to our home within a few days, ordered the parts and came back out within a week to install. It is wonderful working with a locally owned store and know that the service and smile is what brings us back again and again.

I moved to Midland last October and my home is twice the size of my previous home. Loved the personal service and suggestions to use the Lazy Boy pieces I already had while buying complementary pieces to fill in the empty spaces. I just love my home.

Ask for Malcolm! He's the best one there! I know for a fact that if he didn't help us, we would have left because the first sales guy that approached us was so unfriendly and walked away from us when we said were still browsing and figuring out exactly what we wanted. I'm sorry, don't you work on commission? I would think you'd want to help us! But Malcolm stepped up and helped us find the furniture we needed to fill our new place! Thank you Malcolm! You rock! Besides Malcolm being great, the Ashley sectional that we bought over a year ago is still looking brand new and is as comfy as the day we got it! I'll return to this store but only if Malcolm is there!

You will LOVE the way you are treated from the moment you walk in the door. It is a family run business, with people who genuinely care about their customers. No high pressure sales here. Just friendly, knowledgeable people helping their neighbors with home furnishings and mattress purchases.

Just bought a bed from Melaney at Godwins, and love it, and love the price paid. We went to 2 other stores after looking at Godwins to compare prices. While 1 of those stores had what we wanted for a couple hundred less, we hated dealing with the pushy sales guy trying to close multiple sales at once, so we went back to buy from Melaney. She ended up matching the other stores price and bent over backwards to get our bed delivered next day, as we were in a new apartment. This might not be typical delivery time, but she listened to our situation and really actually cared that we were bedless! We even sat and talked a little after the transaction about the new town we were moving to, that's how much of a genuine person you get when dealing with Godwins shining star employee, Melaney!
