Michaels

It's like all the Michaels. They have everything you'd expect. The online inventory seems accurate if you want to check before you leave or even buy online and pickup in store. Of course with pickup in store you miss all those great impulse purchases.

Luca, who works in the custom framing area, was so very helpful in reframing a picture for me. She gave me advice for the size of picture I would need to fit an empty floating frame I had. Later, I found and purchased that size picture elsewhere. I returned to Michael's to have the picture mounted in my frame. Luca carefully and promptly did the installation. When I went to pay for this service, she told me Michael's does this type of "drop-in" at no charge. I was so surprised and delighted. Thank you, Michael's and Luca!

I love this store. It's always clean, staff is friendly and their low prices on materials are unbeatable.

I come in here pretty often and I am never disappointed. The staff is always very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The store is very clean and organized. There is always a good clearance section. The seasonal displays are always updated and I can find something almost every time I stop in.

The ladies here are like librarians of crafts, they know everything! They are also great at charads because I didn't know what to call anything and they nailed it each time.

I love it when I can get exactly what I need. The staff member in the framing section pulled from their inventory to make sure I didn't walk away empty-handed! Exceptional customer service.

Today was the first time that I went in the store with my friends. In amazement I love the store. I'm in a wheelchair now but when I was in my prime walking around. I would probably buy all kinds of stuff in that store, walking around every aisle. Really a lot of good stuff. I definitely will be back

Went to Ulta at 9:50 but they didn't open until 10 on this particular day. Didn't want to wait 10 minutes in my car so I went into Michael's. Not a problem, I'll just stop in for a few minutes. I don't neeeeed anything so I should be fine!

Wrong. Its January so they had Christmas crafts 80% off. Guess who is making their own 12 days of Christmas crafts this year?! (Honestly, I could probably do more like 24 days!)

Also this store is just awesome. They have so many awesome things! I always stay way too long and get inspired by all of the fun things, and even pick up new projects along the way! They have just about any kind of supplies you could imagine! Its quite lovely. Michaels is great.

Found what I needed. Great place for all your craft needs and then some. Some items you can find cheaper else where. Got some cute decorations for the office and the additional discount made it even better!

I love our local Michael's. The customer service is great! The store is clean and organized well. The employees work hard to fit in as many of the craft and decor items as they can. I love shopping there. They have also been very accommodating during the pandemic offering prompt curbside pick up.

The staff here are so sweet. I was looking for a very specific item out of their limited stock left over from Halloween and the man who answered the phone was so nice, he went and looked for me and found as good of a match as possible. When we went to pick it up, my husband fell in love with a different item and so we ended up not getting the first one, but they were so nice about that and didn't pressure it guilt trip us. They're always so wonderful in this store.

Love this store. Unfortunately they currently have a few lights that are going bad and flickering severely and my wife made us leave quickly because I'm epileptic an she was worried it would trigger it. So they should definitely fix that.

Staff very nice. Ask for in store coupons, got more than I could of hoped for. Clean, easy to shop around. Stop in.
